Hello all. I am a new member of the site and I look forward to many great discussions with you all.
Rule 1: If you post an article from or about Anne Coulter you have to post a picture.
Rule 2: Same thing for Michelle Malkin or any good looking woman.
Rule 3: If you post an article from or about Maureen Dowd, the picture you have to post is one of Catherine-Zeta Jones (preferably the one in seashells).
Follow the rules and you'll get along fine around here.
You posted a 'vanity' upon signing up and didn't post it under Breaking News!
And that surely has to be a first, sir.
Well...At first I thought my "Newbie" post should be considered breaking news, but I gave it some thought and decided to hold off. I'll save that for something MUCHO Important!
Free Republic was so intimidating to me, sir, that I put off registering for a year and a half, and then after registering, waited another whole year before I replied to something, and then yet another whole year before I dared post a new thread.
I guess I am just super-cautious.
If I new of this site several years ago before I reached the age of reason...I would have been considered an angry liberal. But the moment I turned 31, two things happened to me.
1 - Every bump, bruise, ache & pain that I ever had in my life began to surface and plague me. Bad legs, back, and other wonderful signs of old age.
and
2 - Realized that people on the left are just plain wrong!
In that respect, sir, I can pat myself on my own back, and with good reason; I have been conservative since infancy.
Since I am deaf, it is impossible to judge people by the words coming out of their mouths--the only alternative is to judge people by their conduct, the way they act, the way they behave.
By their deeds, not their words, I guess.
Just about any deaf person who is not being mollycuddled by "sensitive" "liberal" "enablers" is conservative, I assure you.
Words are just words; actions are something rather more--and that pretty much sums up the difference between conservatives and liberals.
But my brithday already passed a couple weeks ago.
I am so sorry. That would have made it for sure! Happy Birthday.
Sean Hannity didn't send me...But it was his show that made me aware of it's existance. And I am glad. Living in Ted (Hiccup) Kennedy and John (IHOP) Kerry land.... I need some moral support.
You poor thing!! That goes double for me!! They call us reds living in a blue area, here. It sure sucks though doesn't it?
I tell ya...Only in America can a senator avoid prosecution but if a republican has a traffic ticket they demand their heads on a platter.
I am originally from Long Island, NY. Moved to MA in 1996. Still trying to figure that one out. And if I new that Sean Hannity lives in the same town where I grew up...I would have never left!
What do you know about S***m F***t and when did you know it???
I am in Woostah County
Good deal.
I figure two straight days on National Syndicated Radio for FR is a pretty good deal, especially if when I read the SHS Transcripts from today - I see what I heard that he said...

LOL can you apell corruption??
I know we have a lot of liberals here in MA, but there is also a surge in conservatism, so hopefully we will see some changes. The problem is all the money that comes into the state in support of the liberals.
massnews has good reports on who gets this money and where it comes from. It's a good site for state issues.
