I am embarking on a quest to create an online community for the masses. It will include the opportunity for users to create their own blogs, forums, and e-books. As well as vote in polls and hopefully some other fun stuff as things develop. I am very excited to be announcing this first on FreeRepublic.com and would like to thank Jim Robinson and the crew for offering such a wonderful venue for us netizens. The site is quite rough now, but it is in development and will continue to improve with more input and an increase in memberships.
I have started a poll and would like any and all interested to be so kind as to participate. The link to the poll is MyLocalForums.com Poll
Thanks everyone, and have a great evening.
Sorry, your site is may be of interest to others but it is too "general purpose" for my liking. I'll stick with FR, personally. Best to you.
BTW it's deemed, not deamed--on your site.
Thanks BB. I assume you are referring to a typo. Not uncommon for me. I think I am going to start filtering in Word from now on. BTW, you can create your own forum there if you wish. I will create a topic title for you and anyone else who wishes to join.

Thanks AB, Right now I think I can keep the content up two or three times a week. Until memebership increases, and word spreads, Then I am hoping for content updates more like hourly at least. Let me know if you want to start your own Blog, Forum, or even write a book there. It's for the users.
