Sean Hannity on the Rise or Stale?

Sean Hannity at Hannity.com
Sean Hannity seems to me to be the most ambitious guy in talk radio and on TV. His conservatism and optimism have taken him right to the top. I must say when I first heard Sean Hannity I thought, wow this guy is gunning for Rush LImbaugh's top spot, and is going to catch him in no time. He has big, big guests, always wins his arguments, and is a genuine nice guy. Then something happened - I started getting annoyed. It's not that I really disagreed with the guy, but I'm just having trouble listening to him? I don't know if it's too many charities on the go, to many books, or just that his just too nice a guy. I know, I know, this aren't really harsh criticisms, but I want to be entertained, and the entertainment value just isn't there for me. Am I wrong? Has Sean Hannity maxed out? Or could he keep climbing to the top at take out O'Reilly on TV, and Rush on the radio?
Sean Hannity might be the only one left standing in the next 20 years, but for now, I think he's done as well as he's going to. What are your thoughts?

I agree..he has gone stale...the build up to the election probably wore him out..but let's not turn on him...he is still on our side...maybe he just needs a few pointers

Rush is the most talented. He's unrivalled in terms of radio skill and raw talent.
It's Rush's throne to give up. Hannity gets annoying but you gotta love him for his efforts this year.
I think Hannity has gone as far as he can go....on the other hand, how much frikken money does he need?

It's the endless book hawking, the endless country alleged-music, the repetitive nature of his RNC-fax-'o-the-day topics and the fact that he only seems to know about six things ("Marriage is between one man and one woman. Have I told you that yet today?")
Bailed for Michael Medved over two years ago, and don't bother with his NitwitTV enterprise.

I like Hannity and listen regularily but I wish he would let the guests talk more and learn to keep his mouth shut more.
Seems like he is always interrupting.
Maybe an ego thing??

Rush is the most talented. He's unrivalled in terms of radio skill and raw talent. Plus, Rush is enormously entertaining (except when talking about sports, zzzzzzzz). Hannity is not entertaining.

Bailed for Michael Medved over two years ago, Bailed on EVERYONE about 6 years ago. The only guy I occasionally listen to is Savage when I drive home after working late.

Sean's OK, but not great. He doesn't have the command of facts, issues, and convictions that Rush has. Rush is the King, and no one will dethrone him.
After Rush, I'd rank Laura Ingraham, Michael Medved, Hugh Hewitt, and Dennis Prager ahead of Sean.

Clever spam. This thread's only 8 minutes old, and it's already more entertaining than Hannity's show will be today.

Hannity is a sh-t for brains high school drop out who has the advantage of being good looking and a likeable guy. He's strictly for the chicks.

I think the problem is that it's difficult to listen to anyone, day-in and day-out, and not have them grow a bit stale. I love Rush, but I only listen to him a couple of times a month. Even he can become stale.
