shouldn't "Democrat" be plural...????????
BISMARCK, N.D. (Jan. 22) - A man here faces a misdemeanor charge of voting twice in the November general election.
Jamie Rodahl, 26, was charged on Thursday with voting twice in the same election. The misdemeanor is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $2,000 fine.
Burleigh County prosecutor Lloyd Suhr said the county's auditor's office discovered Rodahl's two votes during a routine check of the ballots.
"We don't know what his motivation was," Suhr said. "All we know is that the investigation revealed that two votes were cast by him."
Maj. Nick Sevart said Rodahl told investigators that he thought he'd sent his absentee ballot in too early, and voted again to make sure his vote counted.
Sevart said it was the first time Rodahl participated in an election. He said Rodahl also voted in the wrong precinct.
A court date has not been scheduled.
One down, thousands to go... (that's why they're ticked off at this election -- they thought they had enough multi-voters, and know that the pubbies obey the law).
meow?
Do you know something they don't mention?
Then again, if he was a Republican, it would be mentioned in every sentence.
Boy. This headline is right up there with 'The sky is blue' or 'Hillary Clinton is an ugly bitch' in its obviousness isn't it?
Tell us Jimmy, what's your take on it?
Ya know, Jim...it isn't polite to sign up and post aricles in the first few moments of your identity...especially ones that have annoying pop-ups and a whiff of vanity about them. The next thing you know, you're likely to catch a wiff of ozone and link to a wav file that says..."He's dead, Jim."

SO the link to the story you show goes to conservative replublican.com, but the actual story is on AOL News and never mentions that the man is Democrat. How do you know? And why did your listed website change the name of the headline?
But the judge let him off because his car broke down. That was his excuse for not voting four times as he should.
Remember, vote early and vote often!
