DUmmie FUnnies 01-10-05 ("Many Americans [DUmmies] refuse to concede 'stolen election'")
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | January 10, 2005 | DUmmies and PJ-Comix

Posted on 01/10/2005 4:41:07 AM PST by PJ-Comix

Mark Steyn wrote a terrific ARTICLE in today’s Washington Times titled “Alternative Universe” about the refusal of the DUmmies to accept the reality of the election results. And to see more proof of the refusal of the DUmmies to face reality, I present here this Dummie THREAD titled, “Many Americans refuse to concede 'stolen election'.” This Dummie Discussion is in Bolshevik Red and is based on a Cleveland Plain Dealer ARTICLE of the same title. So let us lead off this DUFU edition with an excerpt from the Cleveland Plain Dealer story. And if you haven’t figured it out by now, the commentary of your humble correspondent is in the [brackets]:

While a two-hour debate raged on the floors of the U.S. House and Senate over the certification of the presidential election, more than 400 activists waited outside to learn which of their leaders would join their cause. Under an overcast sky, the Rev. Jesse Jackson told the activists - still refusing to accept the results of the November election - not to be bitter. As he spoke, many of them wept, because for some, the anger over what they refer to as "the stolen election" is precisely what won't let them let go.

[True. The DUmmies just CAN’T get over their anger as any visitor to DUmmieland can plainly see.]

America is being attacked by the Super-wealthy and by the ignorant who carry their message for them. We here on the East Coast have been crying and will always be there for those disenfranchised. I believe Jesse has a very good message. We will never forget the actions of this administration and it's political clout.

[As I stated, the DUmmies just CAN’T get over it.]

I don't blame these people for being pissed because I know I was. It still makes me sick to think Kerry conceded so fast. I still don't understand why.

[Um….Maybe because he LOST? Of course, this is just wild speculation on my part.]

Kerry was taking one for his frat brother. The loyalty of the super-wealthy to each other goes far beyond any obligation Kerry may have felt to his party. This was a staged election.

[Please don’t forget to send a contribution to the Kerry ’08 Committee.]

I expect Kerry conceeded because he believed there was no way to pull off a win, and felt that any extended battle would do more damage than it could help. We may or may not feel the same, but I can see the point.

[LOUSY FREEPER TROLL!]

I will go to my grave knowing and telling anybody who will listen that this election was stolen and the man and the leadership who promised to have "our backs" if we watched his quit on us. Long Live the Boxer Rebellion We can not and should not go quietly into that "Great Good Night." From the classic (rent it!) movie Little Big Man, "It was time to go down and look the devil in his eyes and tell him what he is."

[From the classic (rent it!) play King Lear:

Bids the wind blow the earth into the sea,

Or swell the curled waters above the main,

That things might change or cease; tears his white hair,

Which the impetuous blasts, with eyeless rage,

Catch in their fury and make nothing of;”]

I just sent Kerry an email demanding my $35.00 back. I think everyone should. What else does the flip-flopping wimp need the $15 million for?

[Snow board maintenance.]

These crooks have "won" because your leader did not raise more than his pinky to fight against it. If THAT election was not worth fighting, I fail to see what would qualify. These crooks won easy because only a handful of good people put up a fight. With no media, minimal political support, and not a freaking single big-shot to move his/her ass. So, yeah, some frustration at these leaders seems perfectly warranted.

[I love the smell of boiling bile in the morning.]

I gave $250 to the DNC a week before the election, in addition to what I'd given earlier in the campaign. If I thought asking for its return would do any good, I would.

[If they do return it, then don’t forget to turn it back over to Bev Harris.]

I believe the only way to get real reform is to expose over and over and over the fraud that took place in this election, to the extent that the Republican electorate actually gets it and demand of their thug leaders that they reform the voting process nationwide. Without the unlikely prospect of Republican voters leaning on their Congressional leaders, NOTHING is going to happen. So how do you get Republican voters to lean? Shame them. Expose and expose and expose, probably by taking it massively to the streets, as happened during the Vietnam war.

[You’re going to look awful silly protesting in the streets without a scintilla of proof of “vote fraud.” The interesting thing is that we have been following the DUmmies here for months and yet despite all their crybabying about “vote fraud” they have presented exactly ZERO evidence that it actually occurred. Oh, I’m sorry. They did present this “proof” in support of their treatise: The Republicans committed “vote fraud” because, well, they just MUST have done it.]

They are shocked at the fact that someone, somewhere could have principles quite different from their own.

You should have left off "different from their own". As far as I can tell, they have no principles. Anything goes in DUmmieland. They refuse to believe we are the majority. Thread after thread they continue to berate us as not following the majority of the American people. If you show them a county by county voting map of this election they cover their eyes and ears and run away singing LALALALA! "I can't hear or see you", just like 4 year olds that don't get their way. Not once have I seen a single credible or otherwise discussion of this demographic. Yet they will be the first to tell you they are the intellectual majority of the populace. Yeah, right! Regular bunch of brain surgeons and rocket scientists.

Part of the reason for lack of support among the vast majority of dems in DC is probably because election reform is exactly what they don't want.

EXACTLY!!!!

The DUmmies oughta be scared what would happen if vote fraud was TRULY uncovered- they'd have lost the election by such a bigger landslide they'd be shock-and-aweing in their pants.

"This is going to include dead people in Ohio and Maryland voting, dogs and cats and parakeets casting votes, Dem poll workers selling crack to get votes and all the other usual Democrat tricks?"

Thats what is so ironic about their calls for election reform - I see the need for it, but the DUmmies don't realize how much the Dem party gets by cheating. Real reform will entail a loss of 6-12 Dem Senate seats and about 2 dozen Dem House seats.. and they would never see the White House in my lifetime.

Of course, these are the same idiots who demanded electronic voting because Florida was "stolen" in 2000. Now they want to return to paper ballots. Sigh.

I could have sworn that I read somewhere (maybe DUFU?) that the whiners were going to have a million people march on Washington DC.

These "Million Man/Mom Marches" are getting smaller and more rediculous as time goes by (400 people...bwahahahahaha)

Even worse....I listened last Thuresday to their heroine Randi Rhodes....that birdbrain wants each voter to be given a computerized sticker at voter registration with the candidate's name on it, which will be stuck into a book at the polling plce after your voter registration is checked....creating the all-important paper trail....

I'm still waiting for the DUmmies to "take to the streets" and "leave the country". I'm beginning to believe they don't mean what they say. I guess you have to get out from behind that computer to do anything and thats too much work. Besides they might get a dose of the real world out there and that just wouldn't do.

Now there's a thought - lets take advantage of their Bev Harris fetish and start up an "Activist Training Camp" in Somolia. How many Freepers here would be willing to pay air fare (one-way) to send a DUmmmy off to East Africa?

You raise a good point about vote fraud.

(Although I'm not sure how to quantify it sufficiently to estimate the number of Dem house and senate seats the depend on the fraud I'm sure that it is an important factor in all close races such as the "Gregoire Grab" of the Wash governor's office.)

GOP should push true anti-fraud measures, thus using the far-left Dems paranoia against their own party.

Dem Senate Leader Dusty Reid has a relevant bill, cosponsored by his Nevada colleague, GOP Senator Ensign. The bill would require electronic voting with a paper trail, but voters don't keep anything showing who they voted for.

This would be fine for GOP because 90 percent plus vote fraud is Dem.

GOP should amend the Reid-Ensign bill to have voter identification requirements and tough anti-fraud measures.

GOP then pushes the amended bill hard. The electronic voting with paper trail gets far-left to support the measure or at least divides them. Even with some Dem opposition, they probably can't sustain a filibuster, the bill gets through.

Stopping Dem election fraud, especially to the extent that the bill stops or reduces fraud in local and state elections as well, will cripple the Dem party for years.

Original message
For 2 whole days, I layed in the corner drooling & making weird sounds
Edited on Sat Nov-06-04 08:11 AM by mopaul

When I awoke very early Wednesday morning, I remember making coffee and sitting down with a cup at the computer machine....then, everything turned bright white, then completely black. I felt a dull thud, and heard a sound like a pumpkin smashing against a side of beef.

Every few hours, I would drift back into lucidity, just long enough to realize I was laying in the corner of the living room with spittle running down my cheek and into a large puddle at my chin. and I could hear a weird voice off in the distance. I later realized it was my own voice, but I didn't hear words, only groans and occasional burps.

One time when I blurred back into almost consciousness, I saw my dear wife, Mrs. Paul, over at the edge of the room, but she looked like she was 20 miles away, and I remember that the sensation of time passing had vanished, and I seemed to be locked in a ripple between time and space.

I got the vague blurred impression that I was curled up in the fetal position, and I could see a dust bunny in the corner in great detail, but I knew that dust bunnies didn't talk, as this one did. It kept echoing a phrase or mantra that I couldn't quite make out...'mandate'...'exit polls'....'massive turnout'...'4 more beers, 4 more beers'.....then the silence of the grave.

Then, I began to regret that I hadn't just died, and I felt hot as hell, but shivering like a naked man in antarctica, sweating and trembling violently. I remember dear Mrs. Paul applying a wet towel to my forehead and saying sweet comforting things to me, and I remember she looked like an angel, wings and all. for a while, it looked like I might pull through.

But then, the fever dreams began, and I descended into hell, headfirst. I saw all the souls of all the disenfranchised voters in a lake of burning sulpher and I heard their terrible lamentations, and I remember wishing that I'd never been born with ears, or eyes to see their awful suffering.

Deeper, and deeper I fell into the stygian abyss, and I saw off in the distance what looked like a fiery throne, and it came into view and I could not close my offended eyes or rip them out and I saw the beast of stolen elections in all his bloody glory and I grew sore afraid.

'O Democratic God of justice, why hast thou forsaken me?' I wailed.
'Why must I look upon this horror of the ages with my mortal eyes?'

But I heard no reply to my plea, and no relief for my suffering soul, and I had no cool drink of salvation to quench my damned tongue, and no succor from my candidate.

After this I felt only blackness, cold and empty, where no shadows ever lived because no light had ever shone there. My eyes were open, as I later discovered, but I layed there like a dead man for the last hours of thursday night, stinking, burping, and generally bringing shame to my entire family.

Slowly, I began to recover from my affliction, my eyes cleared and my head too, but it still felt like spiders had built webs in there.
I found the strength to make a pot of joe, and lurched back over to the computer machine. I stared at it for about two hours, motionless, finally grabbing the mouse and braced myself and faced the music. I started to comfort myself, and forget the awful ordeal I'd just been through and the portentous visions I'd had.

And now, I'm gradually regaining my strength and composure, I've showered, put on clean clothes and burned the old ones, and apologized to my wife and my neighbors in the apt. above me.

That's my story, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been down this same road of despair and redemption, and in that, I find solace and strength. Two days lost forever. Two whole days of my life taken, never to be redeemed. Two days of hell, to steel me on my quest for a satisfying election night. Someday, my prince, or princess will come
