Yeah, I did that once. During the Shuttle Challenger disaster my boss was irritated that people were listening to the radio. He said "Those people are all dead and they'll still be dead when you get home tonight so concentrate on your work."
So I said some stuff similar.
But of course I got fired.
(but then later he had to rehire me for two months at contractor rates to show them how to run the computers)

One of the main reasons France's only Aircraft Carrier, The Charles DeGaulle stays in port in France. Is that every time the ship tries to go to sea it fires up its two nuclear reactors and ships's myriad electrical panel experience Catastrophic Failures. Thus rendering the ship immobile and useless.
To President Bush's credit. What better way to send relief than to utilize a mobile, 30 to 40 knot floating city?
Anyone want to bet that the President and his Coalition will show up, push aside and humiliate the UN like they did when they stared Libya down?
