Bush Winning - Total Emotional Meltdown at Democratic Underground
Vanity | 110204 | Bronco_Buster_FweetHyagh

Florida and Ohio are clearly going to Bush, but for some reason the Media chattering glasses are unwilling to call them. You should see the forums at Democratic Underground - total emotional meltdown.

Maybe when they see how many people are behind Bush, they will realize that their blind faith in Kerry and unfounded hatred for Bush is just not warranted.

For those of us who were alive during Reagan years, the media treatment of Bush is all to familiar.

GOOOO BUSH!!!!

I just crunched some numbers on Florida and if current trends continue Kerry will pick up another 110,000 votes on Bush in Miami/Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Looks like a win for W by about 50,000 or so.

I think you're going to see a bit of a backlash in the next few days/weeks, since many GOPers have had to play nice and try to stay above the fray, portraying these MF-ing freaks as the radical, over-the-top bomb-throwers they really, really are.

Slapped them down in 2000, slapped them again in 2002 and now 2004.

When will they ever learn?

Here's the mental image of the DU heads exploding. Think of the Martian heads exploding in Mars Attacks! when they hear elevator music. Nyack, nyack, nyack.

Brokaw is saying that they can't call Florida until all the mail in votes are counted. Also something about a malfunctioning machine.

The real question is why Florida hasn't been called. It's 90 percent in, and Bush is leading by 213,000. There's only 500,000 votes left to report. Kerry would have to take seventy percent of them to break even. Unfortunately for Kerry, the remaining votes are likely to split evenly.

Except for the absentees, which will go more for Bush.

Just one little gem.

Let's not gloat too much. A lot of Freepers were melting down this afternoon during the whole exit poll debacle and the race isn't over yet.

Excuse me, CNN is reporting a Bush lead of 280,000 in Florida, with 500,000 votes left to count.

Don't count on it. We're talking about sheer, blind, bloodlust hatred. This'll only stoke 'em.

LOLOLOL

The margin is twice the number of absentee votes. What a tool.

On the Yahoo map, CA just gave Kerry a boost (wow, big surprise there). I'm sure that has the DU crowd jumping. Still keeping my fingers crossed, but much more optimistic than I was at 3:00.

I'm telling ya, it's pitiful. The ones that believed Zogby as received holy scripture are really POed. And they live in a country with the world's stupidest voting idiots. But some are trying to remain optomistic:

"5. Why are you sad? My Dad says that Bush will be done and Kerry will win. You have to be positive because you now what is right and Bush is a bad man and started a ware."
