To date, I have learned that PDFs at 300 dpi are the most compatible for both publication and screen viewing (although the file size gets large). This is my third hand drawn political cartoon and I am learning the ropes. Also, I am not too adept at the computer, so these things will take time. My apologies if they are warranted.
