(ZOT!!!) Not ONE SINGLE MEMBER of Swift Boat Vets Against Kerry actually served on his boat.
Slan, tossed off the boat.

Not a SINGLE MEMBER OF SWIFT BOAT VETS AGAINST KERRY ACTUALLY SERVED ON HIS BOAT WITH HIM.
On the other hand, Kerry's real shipmates support him publically.
That is why the Swift Boat Vets Against Kerry have ZERO credibility, and are thus being almost completely ignored by the mainstream media. Yes, they'll get some airplay with zealots like Hannaty and Rush, but in essence these guys have shown themselves to be total grifters.
Shame of the Republican Party for endorsing this kind of dishonest, and ESPECIALLY shame on George W. Bush for not condemning this pack of fools.

...and, did any of those 12 Generals and Admirals serve with sKerry on his boat? This seems to be your flash point for credibility.

EVERYONE:
Bill OReilly on FoxNews said the same thing, he attacked the Swift vets as wrong to attack a 'war hero' John Kerry and that all these guys didnt serve with him, so when I see:
" a Mr. Gardner served as the Gunner on Kerry's boat and is part of the group you are trying to lible" (sic)
I have to first ask - please verify and source this and second,
SEND A NOTE TO BILL OREILLY TO CORRECT HIM ON THIS.

"And as for asking for John's records to be released, every single one has. Please recheck."
Oh, that's great news. Then I'm sure we'll all get to see who signed his Purple Heart paperwork. But wait a minute. That hasn't been released. Ever. So I guess you're wrong.

The first Purple Heart was signed for by an officer in Saigon three months after the CO of his unit refused to give it to him. The officer has since died, so exactly why he did this will remain a mystery - particularly since at that moment, Kerry would already have been on his way back to the States after having gotten kicked out of his unit for overall weirdness.
Kerry won't release any records on the other two.

I listened to Steve Gardener being interviewed by Michael Medved and he was on several other top national talk radio shows. There is a distinction worth noting, this troll claimed that no members of Swift Boat Vets against Kerry served on Kerry's boat, not true. Steve Gardner was the gunner on Kerry's boat for a little over 2 of the 4 months Kerry was in Vietnam. Mr. Gardner was not on the boat when Kerry received most of the medals and so is not one of the Vets claiming first hand knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the medals. Those Vets were on boats accompanying Kerry's boat at the time. Follow the link in reply 33 for more info.

Do you know if there are any financial ties to the Bush Campaign? I sure hope not.

That's because Kerry put in for medals for them in that same fraudulent incident. As someone said elsewhere, this was the most decorated Swift Boat crew in history for a single action that wasn't any particularly big thing. They all have something to cover each other for. And the word you were trying for is "publicly".

Where's that picture that Kerry always used in his campaigned that had more people say he was unfit to command rather than "Kerry for President"?

I didn't see that book in the bookstore yet. Tommy Franks was front and center though.

The connection that Kerry supporters are trying to make is that a Texas Real Estate Developer who supports President Bush is funding the ads through a 527. All of the vets I have heard interviewed claim that they have received no financial consideration. They all believe that Kerry's record was of a complete lack of true leadership traits and as such he is unfit to be Commander and Chief. They feel that they have a duty to speak up now.
