Kerry campaign manager Mary Beth Cahill said Wednesday that The Chocolate Factory is using 'dirty tricks' after it released candid photographs showing the Democratic presidential hopeful, dressed in an Oompa Lumpa suit, crawling through the candy compound. Kerry, who did not have a golden ticket, gave a short 15-minute speech to a small crowd on the banks of the chocolate river. Cahill tells The Right-Wing Attack Machine, that the press was not supposed to be there and that no photos were to be taken during the tour.
Democrats are blaming the owner of the factory, Willy Wonka, for the leak.
When asked about his involvement in the leak, Wonka said, "Invention, my dear friends, is 93% perspiration, 6% electricity, 4% evaporation, and 2% butterscotch ripple."

You mean Violet Beauregard?
Veruca Salt....:)
Long enough that you've apparently forgotten his first name... ;^)
Veruca Salt: Snozzberry? Who ever heard of a snozzberry?
Willy Wonka: [grabs Veruca's chin] We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams.

"So, does this make Nancy Pelosi the spoiled little girl from the movie? "
"You mean Violet Beauregard?"
If thats the name of the WW character that turned into a human "blueberry"...yep.
Hey, pumpkin! Listen, there's a great photo of an "Edwards is Hot" t-shirt on today's Lucianne site. Why don't you photoshop a version for Cheney with the legend: "Cheney is hotter"!
See what happens anytime Slick Willy is involved:

Heh, I had to come back and look at this for more laughs..
Someone should try photoshopping him in Futurama's take on Willy Wonka episode with all the Slurm and the Grunka Lunkas.
I just turned 43 and Willy Wonka is *still* one of my top 5 favorite flicks.
Gene Wilder was spectacular as the charming yet somehow subliminally terrifying Mr Wonka.
His talented "lunatic" hair gets probably gets its own separate paycheck....;))
