President Catherine Connolly has described the situation in the Middle East as a “deliberate assault on international law”.
President Connolly’s comments come after the US and Israel’s conflict with Iran entered its second week.
She said that “violations of the UN Charter cannot be ignored” and described what is being witnessed as “shocking and numbing”.
In a statement marking International Women’s Day, President Connolly said: “What we have witnessed in recent days in the Middle East, and beyond, are not political disputes. They are deliberate assaults on international law, the international laws that have underpinned global peace for 80 years. We must name them as such, without euphemism and without equivocation.” …

Typical LIB nitwit. What an absolute self-loathing putz.
In WWI and WWII, the Irish seemed to prefer the German side each time.
The United States IS international law. Who does he think enforces international law?
I looked up the picture....no comment lol
Well, in WWI there were very many Irish fighting in the British armed forces against the Germans. Not even the 1916 “rising” was popular among the people nor their declaration of a “republic” (what the majority of Irish wanted back then was home rule, similar to what Canada has today), until the separatists managed to turn public opinion via a propaganda campaign stemming from how quickly the “rising” participants were executed.
Later on, the Irish who fought in the British military in WWI were ostracized and vilified. There have been recent campaigns to make up for that mistreatment, but so far they have not gained too much traction.
An Irish AWFL....
Go suck a boiled potato and drink your six guinness, Mr. President.
Turning your country of but 5 million over to the muzzies should be illegal.
The very idea of “international law” as applies to all nations is an appeal to global government, having ultimate authority with no demographic legitimacy or accountability. With a global government there is no alternative and no place to run.
No such thing as ‘international law’ when it comes to the USA, Irish ahole.
Go back to drinking green beer and eating Lucky Charms, nitwit!
… but international terrorism is A-OK, right?
International Women’s Day,
_____________
International communist women’s day.
This day was created by Communist International commemorating some communist women uprising in Russia.
It used to celebrated (heavily) in communist block, but, except for some extreme leftists, it was virtually unknown and never celebrated anywhere else.
It is creeping on us now!
Good indication of increasing communist influence and indoctrination on West!
President Catherine Connolly has described the situation in the Middle East as a “deliberate assault on international law”. Where is Braveheart president?
Waited a whole week to say all that? Next!
I think this bozo needs a refresher course in World history.
Ireland is my ancestral homeland but I can say today that I see it as a thoroughly despicable nation.
