A 14-year-old girl died just days after she had a boob job and butt lift without her father’s knowledge — with her mom’s plastic-surgeon boyfriend now under investigation for possible negligent homicide, according to reports.
Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo died Saturday in a hospital in Durango, Mexico, after being in a coma with a swollen brain and heart problems following the secret surgery a week earlier, according to local newspaper El Siglo de Durango. “At the funeral, some relatives told me her breasts were larger than what she had before, and when I mentioned it to her mother, she told me it wasn’t true, that she didn’t know anything,” the grieving dad told prosecutors, according to AZ Central.
He got his ex’s family to leave the room, so his mother, sister and sister-in-law could help him examine his daughter’s body. “Sure enough: she had breast implants. We have photographs of the implants and the scars. We immediately requested an autopsy,” he said in the complaint. Arellano said his ex-wife had agreed to the surgery, which was carried out by her current partner, a 45-year-old plastic surgeon only identified as Víctor “N,” who owned the practice. The young teen’s dad, Carlos Arellano, was told she had died from complications from Covid-19 — only finding out that she’d actually had plastic surgery when saying his final goodbyes.

Cosmetic surgery is great stuff (seriously), but it’s not for children unless there is an injury, disease or genetic deformation.
Once you’re an adult, do what you want. But under age, elective plastic surgery is not much unlike parents doing gender reassignment or puberty blockers.
The body is still growing especially at 14 and doing surgery in a body that will change a lot in the next few years is nuts. A kid in most cases does not know what they want and their feelings change faster than their underwear.
This is an extreme case, and the media loves these sort of out of the ordinary cases. I hope the Mexicans don’t do what so often happens over here. Some .001% occurrence ends up causing laws be made that affect 99.99% of the people, and raise costs of course.
When politicians get involved, things just get stupid. Politicians are always looking for a topic to pounce on. Politicians are a lot like Greta Thunberg.
The medical board, the doctors license is what should be looked at. This isn’t good medicine and the outcome alone speaks for that.
Spanish girls do that a lot, I am told.

I say that as i was one who made huge mistakes as most do when young. Thankfully many of us dont make choices that end in our death and some of us even grow (thank God) out of such vanity and selfishness.

I never understood this butt lift thing. There’s a certain group of people whose women have naturally elevated rear ends. I refer to them as jackasses because it looks like someone put a jack under their rears to jack them up. There’s just nothing good looking or sexy about it.
And don’t get me going on fattened lips. They are gross. Some women look like monkeys with the thickened lips. (I know this is off topic)
This poor girl paid the price for having a mindless leftist for a mom. I’m not in favor of wife beating, but in this case I’d give the father a pass and let him go to work.
Looks like the girl from the Spy Kids film. So sad, considering she was so young and eventually could have naturally grown without the stupid cosmetic surgery.

Yes, for burn victims and people with facial deformities.
But for normal people, I disagree. I’m thinking of actresses in their 70’s that are just horrible to look at. Dolly Parton comes to mind, among others.
This girl was only 14, and her body is just beginning to get the adult shape and will not fully develop until about 25. (based on life long observations) Cosmetic surgery never should have been an option for her until the age of consent.
Or she hoped to make money on Only Fans. She learned it from the internet.

There are a few 14, 15 year old girls that make millions from soft core images on youtube and subscription services. She looks the type, not that I would know. But you can search for the viral videos and web sites with millions of views and hundreds of thousands of followers.
Its a ephebophilia thing.
