Some 15 years ago when Chinese dog food killed millions of our pets they determined that the reason was that the guy responsible for the protein content had to cheat to make his numbers and added something that was poison and it is my understanding that he was executed.
Pee guy might be in some big ass trouble.

Sometimes I shop online for vitamins/supplements.
If the source is China, I avoid it.
Anything edible should not come from China.
It’s a good rule of thumb for the non-edible stuff too.

This story reminds me of an issue with a sterilization plant about 15 years ago.
During an FDA inspection the agent found that a worker on the line was keeping a bottle to whiz in on the line because he wasn’t given an opportunity to utilize the facilities away from his work station when needed. As you can imagine that didn’t quite meet the standards/regulations.
Bad for the worker and bad for the company.
