I was on that regimen for 18 months after I had CoVID in March 2020 and I still got CoVID in January 2022. I didn’t need to be hospitalized either time but I had a bad cough that lasted 6 weeks and excessive fatigue for months afterward.

I quit taking my supplements about a yr ago, mainly because it was a major chore trying not to gag with every tablet. I’ll pry start back up again next week because I’m going on a cruise in October.

I’m still an advocate of all those supplements because my experience with CoVID could have been a lot worse and who’s to say it didn’t keep me from getting really sick, which is what the vaxxers say about the vaccine. In my opinion, it’s really just fate as to who lives and who dies.
