Kari Lake milked a cow at the Iowa State Fair on Friday and argued the animals prove there are only two genders - because a bull can't be milked.
Lake, the Republican who failed in her quest to be elected governor of Arizona last year, was at the annual event to campaign for Donald Trump.
She made a stop at the dairy barn to push back against what conservatives call 'woke' ideas, particularly when it comes to a person's gender.
Lake, dressed in jeans and boots, pulled up a stool to the cow's side, sat down, and got to work.
'You know, there's only two genders, right?,' she said to the slew of journalists watching her.
'I challenge the New York Times reporter and the Washington Post reporter to try to milk a cow and then try to milk a bull and see how that goes,' she said.
Two Trump supporters holding large signs baring the former president's name flanked Lake as she milked the cow.

She’s uneducated. There are two sexes, there are three genders. Gender is a grammatical term, and there is masculine, feminine, and neuter.
Have looked it up before. Gender does mean sex, just as fetus means baby. The Left just likes to redefine words but some are more difficult to convince the whole of society to accept with a different interpretation.
That’s so cool! Drive the point home. Two genders, each with an endowed purpose.
I’ll bring the popcorn for that!
I’m not saying anything.....
OMGoodness.
Kari’s stupid stunt....
Was she drunk?
There are three genders. Masculine, Feminine and Neuter.
That’s if you are taking a class in the French language.
In Biology:
Milk a bull? You deserve the kicks you’ll get, for sure.
There are only two sexes. Male and Female!
End of lesson. PAY ATTENTION!
Kari, stop with the stupidity. It is embarrassing to all.
Go Iowa.
I always understood ‘gender’ to be a grammatical term in the past. Using it this way is a newer thing. Sex was used to indicate male or female in the biological sense.
Most European languages assign gender to nouns. English used to have that feature but has gradually gotten rid of it. Until recent years, people would refer to ships and countries as female. For example if you were referring to the USS Constellation on a voyage, you would say she is sailing. Similarly, if you were to say that France was going to become an ally of Spain, you would say she is becoming an ally of Spain.
I’ve been on the USS Constellation (the one in Baltimore) and rung the bell (to embarrass my date). It was a lot of fun.
I’m pretty sure that NYTs and WaPo reporters ONLY milk bulls.
And they don’t use their hands.
Think about it: If a stud won’t mount, someone has to do it... I’ll bet the hazard pay is stupidly high on that one. They’re ornery.

Melrose! Forgive me!!
I was just thinking of searching for this movie, thought I remembered him milking a bull.
Actually, you can milk a bull, and the bull would like it just fine. But you won’t like the milk much.
