Gray Narvaez-Dragion, who is transgender and uses they/them pronouns, and their husband, Nyx Narvaez, are going viral on TikTok for claiming fewer than half the guests who RSVP’d attended their $27,000 wedding celebration.
Narvaez-Dragion even accused their mom of deadnaming them on their big day. The Post has reached out to Narvaez-Dragion for comment.
One of their videos — which has gathered over 4 million views — pans around a nearly empty ballroom, where almost no one occupies the reception’s round tables or dance floor. “88 people said yes … not even 40 showed up,” Narvaez-Dragion wrote on the clip, posted this week.

I’m a Justice of the Peace. I’ve always made a point of meeting with couples beforehand once or twice. The point I always make is to pay far more attention to their marriage than their wedding,
what is “deadnaming?”
Maybe the invitees were trying to teach them a valuable lesson. Don’t assume we’ll play along with your fantasy.
If you RSVP to show up, you ought to. Otherwise it’s just rude
