The song A Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin is being bashed by LGBTQ critics as 'offensive,' with one organization in particular saying the tune helps perpetuate harmful anti-trans stereotypes.
Released as a single by the late Queen of Soul back in 1967, the stirring love ballad is now facing scrutiny - despite preaching positive messages in regards to women and femininity in general.
Leading the charge to have the song nixed is the Norway-based Trans Cultural Mindfulness Alliance (TCMA), a group started this year and has since made its presence known with a series of polarizing posts on social media.
'Aretha Franklin's 1968 song "Natural Woman" perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes,' the post reads, erroneously listing the song's September 1967 release as coming in 1968.
'There is no such thing as a "natural" woman,' the organization went on to declare, before claiming the song has already 'helped inspire acts of harm against transgender women.'
TCMA said it is requesting the song be 'removed from Spotify & Apple Music.'

Good luck with that freaks.
Another absurd take on exclusion.
I am, and always will be, a natural woman.
I defy any perv to tell me otherwise.

“You make me feel
You make me feel
You make me feel
Like a trans-gen-dered wo-man”
I guess sometimes search works.
Queue the Outrage...
It’s Carole King’s song, actually..
But ironically, Gerry Goffin wrote the lyrics. King wrote the music.
Don’t forget Tom Jones, Bob Dylan, Lionel Richie, Kenny Rodgers and about a bazzilion others who extoll the wonders of real women.
Women, unlike men, have victim status. And black women, especially post-BLM, have a lot of victim status. Possibly more victim status than do trannies.
In today's society, it doesn't matter who's right or wrong. All that matters is who brings the most victim cred to the table.
I suppose the term “unnatural” would have been more to their liking.
Such imagined offense is tearing up America. Those perpetrating it are hucksters and exploiters. Their exaggerated claims make people believe they have been hurt in their ability to succeed. Those exploiting them want merit changed into equity and imagined harm fixed by reparations. Others just engage in attacking the rule of law with lawlessness; thinking all that imagine harm justifies their actions. All costs America big and adds to the bank accounts of the hucksters who push their illusions.
How about, “No”?
This is the ultimate song that makes LGBTQ+ heads explode.....

Well, I, for one, didn’t see the article posted previously, so I appreciate your “bonus” post.
Some FReepers get so bent out of shape over something so small; it’s crazy.
They don’t even have a website.
Eat your heart out poseurs.
When are they going to protest “Lola” by the Kinks? Or maybe they applaud the song’s sexual confusion?
