A new national poll suggests Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida topping Democratic President Biden in a hypothetical 2024 presidential election matchup.
However, the same poll suggests that Biden leads former President Trump.
The survey from the Suffolk University and USA Today also indicates that Republican voters would prefer DeSantis over Trump as their standard-bearer in 2024 by double digits. …

I voted for Trump twice and will again if he is the nominee but would rather vote for DeSantis given the chance.

I’m not against DeSantis insofar as he’s an effective politician who seems to be pushing MAGA (albeit without ever saying “MAGA”). What I dislike is how the deep state and Uniparty are trying to sell him as the “better than Trump” and in so doing attempting to take people’s minds off the real, unaddressed issues such as fraud; it makes him look like their next “designated loser”, through that lens.
