Not from today's NFL. At this point, one might suspect that Colin Kapaernick would be picked up by a team before Newton. Having those thoughts is one thing. Uttering them out loud is quite another.
Newton didn't play well enough in his return to the Panthers to warrant his getting a pass. That's how the league will look at it.

From the context, he seems to be referring to young women who call them, bad xxxxxxx.
He’s a pro football player, 6’5”, worth about $75 million, and his life is probably overflowing with entitled black women who want a slice of his assets.
I can understand his viewpoint.
