Did her “taking” mean oral administration? Smoking pot gives a quick “read” on effects, but oral admin affects come more slowly and can hit harder and last longer. Like those stories of people eating edibles in Amsterdam, having psychiatric events. If the witness account is true, it’s possible she had a drug-induced psychosis. If you’re not ready for a dose of that stuff, you may react in very strange and unpredictable ways. Again, if the witness is telling the truth, she was probably hallucinating and may have been extremely frightened of what she was experiencing.
She may not have been running towards her death but trying to escape something that she was in fear of. RIP beautiful young lady.
(Don’t worry, I’m not going to launch one of my “This one time I was hallucinating so hard that....” tales.)
