Breaking with President Donald Trump, outgoing Attorney General William Barr said Monday he saw no reason to appoint a special counsel to look into the president’s claims of election fraud or the tax investigation into the son of President-elect Joe Biden.
In his final press conference, Barr also undercut Trump as he reinforced the belief of federal officials that Russia was behind the cyberespionage operation targeting the U.S. government. Trump had suggested without evidence that China could be responsible.
Barr said the investigation into Hunter Biden’s financial dealings was “being handled responsibly and professionally.”
“I have not seen a reason to appoint a special counsel and I have no plan to do so before I leave,” he said. …

Bill Barr has been Deep State since he defended the murder of Vickie Weaver by the FBI Hostage Rescue sniper Lon Horiuchi.
No special counsel means any investigation of the Biden Crime Family will disappear if/when The Big Guy succeeds in stealing the presidential election.

Barr is stepping down at Christmas. What he says at this point doesn’t matter.
He’s not the AG. He’s the out going AG. He’s there to clean out his office. No one is paying attention to him. Though he’s underestimating Trump. As most do.
Wow the part about hunter is just preposterous because obviously a byte in administration will interfere with that investigation there is no question about it.
Barr’s gone in a few days and PDT can appoint a recess AG to fill the void and that AG can be the one to appoint a special consul so this is not the end of the story by far.
Funny thing is, those who say it’s only Russia have provided no evidence either.
And with that, Barr officially announced he is 100% deepstate.
Barr should be that first “shock arrest” the Q peeps talk about.
