White working class Americans have become "lazy" and might have to replaced in the workforce by "new Americans" emigrating from other countries, The Weekly Standard editor at large Bill Kristol said this week.
Immigrants are the future of the United States, just like they were at the beginning of the 20th century, Kristol told author Charles Murray during a videotaped event.
"Look, to be totally honest, if things are so bad as you say with the white, working class, don't you want to get new Americans in?" Kristol said.
The Daily Caller reported on the existence of the video, which was taped Tuesday.....

Gd, those checks much be YUGE!
How about we replace Bill Kristol with a dog turd and call it an upgrade?
His daddy’ was worth reading. Boy Billy isn’t.
He is the poster boy re what is wrong in the DC Swamp, President Trump is trying to drain.
I didn’t think this rectum could be any more despicable until I watched/listened to his Deep Statism and Nazi hatred of Trump’s voters.
Bill Kristol reminds me of Sadam Hussein after his fall.
He still held on to his arrogance as he was being hanged.
When I was in school, you wanted to do well so that you could get a better job or gain the savvy to start a business. Now, corporate-sponsored immigrants with tech skills undercut the kids who studied hard, and illegals with a grammar school education undercut the kids with a high-school education.
That’s not a problem of Americans being lazy. That’s a problem of elites allowing cheap labor (most of it illegal) to flood the market and compete unfairly with the native-born by turning a blind eye to the law.
Relaxed crappy faux conservative journalists with typewriter hammering chimpanzees.
Replace, not relaxed. Stupid auto-incorrect.
Just another reason to hate Billy
So how’s that ‘Weekly Standard’ circulation working out for you Billy?
I agree let’s start with lazy political pundits that constantly want war.
This is among the most despicable things I have ever heard. Why bother even feeling motivated when some foreigner with less education qualifies? Why feel qualified when the United States is throwing away manufacturing for service? Kristol says really stupid and inconsiderate dialogue.
LOL liked the Swamp Thing character.
P.S. I’ll bet they will even work for a lot less too.
He needs replacing. Any illegal could do better then he does.
Well, I will clue him in on something since I am pretty sure that his knowledge of work and working Americans is something he has learned only from books, if that. I can’t imagine he has ever broken a sweat except maybe on the golf course. I am sure he has never done a day’s labor ever.
I grew up in a town where nearly every man, and some women, went to work in a factory — automobile and aircraft manufacturing, munitions manufacturing, steel mills, meatpacking and other food processing, chemical manufacturing and oil refining. You name the product and they made it. My father came home every day smelling of jet fuel. I was the first person in my family to go to college. My current work takes me to various kinds of factories, particularly meat-packing and small manufacturing. Do you know who almost-exclusively works on the production lines? Folks from south of the border. Do you know who did those kinds of jobs when I was growing up? The native-born Americans in towns such as mine did them.
Going about my business during the day, I see plenty of Americans — black and white — in what should be the prime of their working years, just hanging out. In Chicago, somewhat over 50 per cent of young black men between the ages of 18 and 24 are neither employed nor in any kind of school. Do you think that at least some of them would like to put in a good days labor for a good days pay, but the job has been given away to someone who should possibly not be in the country in the first place?
Bill Kristol can go commit an impossible act on himself.
Bring “new” Americans in?
Bill Krystol’s smoking crack, isn’t he?
