The Democrat’s version of “Social Justice” in action.

This whole thing is just beyond outrageous. $150,000 bail is high to start with.

When you are on trial for murder, and your testamony is a critical part of your trial; I would think it would be in your best interests not to intentionally mislead the judge in any area. But, that’s just me ...

It will be Ft. Sumter when Zimmerman is acquitted. Regardless of who occupies the White House, there will be riots in the streets.

The article states that it was Zimmerman’s wife, not Zimmerman, who misled the court.

A minor detail, I’m sure.

These people are not going to be satisfied until this man is drawn and quartered WITHOUT a trial to chants of “this is fo’ Trayvon, this is fo’ Trayvon!” - Even then, where past “injustices” are concerned, two wrongs still won’t make a right, but it’ll do for the moment.

Regardless of the merits of the case (or lack thereof), holding onto a valid passport and turning in the one reported lost or stolen was a BAD MOVE. That makes him look more like a flight risk, which should be the primary motivation behind setting bail.

While the Zimmerman/Martin ‘white’ on black killing is covered 24/7 on the MSM with an outpouring of rage and charges of a racial hate crime, where is the concern- where is the rage about the home invasion, torture, beating, rape and murder of the elderly white couple by a gang of feral blacks in Oklahoma just a few weeks ago?

The 90 year old war veteran husband was beaten and his jaw broken. He was shot in the face numerous times with a BB gun and sent to the hospital in critical condition.

The 85 year old partially blind wife was RAPED and then BEATEN TO DEATH.

Can you just imagine the pain, the humiliation, the horror that dear old lady experienced being gang raped by that pack of feral animals?

(the autopsy states she was raped. Don’t think all of these animals didn’t all participate)

And can you imagine the pain, the horror of that dear old husband having to witness this?

Mr. Strait died from his injuries last week.

There’s a lot more involved here than a home invasion and robbery.

WHERE ARE THE CHARGES OF A RACIAL HATE CRIME??

90 year old husband’s jaw broken and shot in face with a BB gun numerous times?

85 wife year old semi blind wife RAPED and BEATEN to death??

Why does it take a foreign press to enlighten America as to this henious crime?

WHERE IS THE NATIONAL OUTRAGE?

Have they caught the rest of the gang of feral blacks who raped, tortured and murdered this elderly woman? Are they even looking? Not a word about it in the media.

“Mom” needs to lighten up. She’s made just about all she’s going to make off of this. Her 15 minutes are just about done. Go spend the money.

I see this issue as fault on every side. First, Zimmerman did probably overstep what the dispatcher told him and followed Tray around when he should have done otherwise and returned to his vehicle. Tray got angry at being followed and did what HE should not have done either in attacking Zimmerman. Then of course the wife lied. So all three have made a bad situation the worst it could be for everyone.

Malleable and corrupt judge subverts the law, throws a bone to the Black mob.

End of story.

Why would he have a second passport? These things have a “time” to them. Is it expired??

Punishment first, trial later. Crump has been very consistent on this.

This should be worth another $75 in the coffers this week for the Martin’s Trayvon for sainthood tour. They can claim that they need to keep Zimmerman locked up so that he can’t depose all those witnesses who just might expose Trayvon as the aggressor and the hoodie that he was.

O’Mara reported the funds the next week. O’mara did an interview on CNN about it. Things must be going really badly for Ms. Corey and Mr. Crump. Also the passport story is not quite as nefarious as has been reported at first.

Also when it gets tossed no one can rightly blame the judge.

This is such an important ruling today because once again George Zimmerman's credibility is the issue… he should remain in custody until there is a trial....Judge Lester’s ruling in this matter is so important because it causes everyone to focus on Zimmermant’s credibility.

Which is essentially Crump's way of saying that the purpose of today's ruling is to taint the jury pool. Why should the issue of a defendant's credibility be important to anyone other than the 12 jurors who will end up deciding his case?
