Inappropriate in a political setting but give it a few tweaks and it’s a great Halloween party idea.
Apparently the artist who created it is black.
There were a lot of complaints about it then. I know my mom thought it was twisted. I think people put too much extra thought into things to make them offensive. It’s a cake, in the 80s it was a cake that looked like Alice in Wonderland, this one is a cake that looks like a Sambos style caricature, this one doesn’t even look like a real person.
GSA wants to hire the caterer for their next bash. The theme?
