Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Othigo was the Chief Administrator on Feb 19th 2009. Lucas doesn’t deny this, he believes my sources, he simply states that it is possible for CPGH to have two Chief Administrators.
Yesterday I have linked to a tender action by CPGH that clearly illustrates there is only 1 CA at that hospital. On this Lucas is silent.
In many ways Lucas is smarter than most of his supporters, he quickly understands positions he cannot defend and rushes to distract from them.

Barack Hussein Obama Sr. left Harvard and the USA to work for Tom Mboya in the Ministry of Economic Planning under Jomo Kenyatta’s presidency in Kenya.

The ideological debate became first a political rift and then an open clash ending in Mboya’s assassination in 1969. Obama Sr. was near the assassination and testified at the assassin’s trial. Tragically, Barack Hussein Obama Sr risked his life and sacrificed his career to support the memory of his friend Tom Mboya, and then 40 years later Barack Hussein Obama Jr. stomped on his father’s valor by campaigned for Raila Odinga: Oginga Odingo’s son. Raila Odinga wanted to bring the country under Sharia law, kick out the Western investors in the nation that had made it one of the most stable nations in Africa, and supplant those Western investors with wealthy Arab oil money.
Ultimately he was murdered on a Street named after his friend and benefactor.
The Kenyan Government, claim they have the birthing records of Barack H. Obama, Jr. and the birth delivery records of Ann Obama, from Barack H. Obama, Jr.’s birth in Mombosa, Kenya, however, they have sealed the birth records of Barack H. Obama, et al, birth in Mombosa, Kenya and labled them top secret as a result of the presidential election.

It was posted and published many times that Obama Sr was not present at his sons birth, so the argument that he was in Nairobi, and not Mombasa is not germaine to where Obama Jr was born.
Wayne Madsen, Journalist with Online Journal as a contributing writer and published an article on June 9, 2008, stating that a research team went to Mombasa, Kenya, and located a Certificate Registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr. at a Kenya Maternity Hospital, to his father, a Kenyan citizen and his mother, a U.S. citizen.
Of course, Smith himself is a fraud and a scam artist and that "Kenyan" BC he's peddling (and the story of how he got it) is nothing more than fiction and Smith knows it.
Got some proof you ever set foot in Africa, Lucas? A photo? Passport stamp? Anything at all? Didn't think so.

The document is in the courts hands. They will or will not authenticate it, and he will or will not get on a witness stand and say what he has to say. You, will do neither.

Lucas got a document. He was not responsible for what was on that document, he just got it. Now you tear him apart. Who cares, its the document that needs authentication. Are you part of that process legally? Next, personally, you attack him. Why? What can you possibly gain by such action?

You made statements on DU, but how about links to the evidence that Palin gave Smith anything..so far, just words, nothing more. Plus his last entry concerning Lucas Smiths school attendance, jobs he worked at, etc. How was such information obtained, where is evidence that you have anything at all...
OK Mike Taerg, you keep demanding evidence from Lucas Smith, I challenge you to provide the above evidence to us on the board. Not that it will change anything concerning the authenticity of the document, but may give us all insight into Lucas Smith, and yourself, as to why you would go to such lengths to impugn his character, and to what ends.

In closing I'd like for you tell explain your telephone talks with Helton Maganga for us all. You stated you talked to Helton Maganga on the telephone back in September or October 2009 at which time he told you that his name was spelled “HELTAN” and not HELTON.
Yet......the very strange things is........you (Kim) claim that Helton Maganga was not Chief Administrator in February 2009 (you first made this claim in December or maybe late November at earliest)........so then....... why did Helton not tell you back when you spoke to him in September or October 2009 that he was not Chief Adminstrator in February 2009? Doesn't make any sense at all now does it Kim. I hope you can answer for all us here.

If Obama was NOT born in Kenya, what records are they keeping SECRET? Inquiring minds want to know!
Personally, I’m convinced the indomitable and always surprising Mr. Smith has the ‘real deal’ with Obama’s Kenyan BC that he obtained in February, 2009 from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
They, meaning Hawaii’s DOH, verified he has vital records; they never said that the ‘vital record’ recorded a birth in Hawaii.
It has been possible in the past to record a foreign birth in Hawaii and have a COLB issued - that is a known historical fact. Many people born in Asia have or had COLBs; one such person was General Chiang Kai-shek, leader of the Nationalist Chinese, and definitely born in China. His birth was recorded in Hawaii by relatives living there at the time. This practice was discontinued in the 1970s.
So, possessing a vital record such as a COLB is meaningless. It is the original birth certificate that matters.
What do I believe concerning BOH’s birthplace?
I don’t know where he was born, and I’ve been researching his background for two years.

You are in BC Canada as I read it. You have pursued as much as you are able various leads. I would submit to everyone, that this business of the birth of the now President, deserves the dedication of the "enthusiastic amateur". The indignation of those who are faced with a denial, of what they consider the quietus to the Obama camp is understandable.
I do myself, feel there is something ominous in the incredible reluctance of the MSM to even discuss the issue. Further more, the vituperation and ridicule of the "birthers" takes on an Alinsky like juggernaut. Again, this is ominous. Even if a person declares they are neutral and simply would like the proof, they can be jumped on.
My own first guess, is that somehow the birth of Barack Obama may not have taken place in a hospital. It does indeed happen, as stories about deliveries in a taxi-cap attest. I understand it would have been incumbent on the mother or attending persons to inform the proper authority. This so they could fill in the long form.
This would pose a problem if Stanley Ann did not register her son's birth at the time. I agree this is only a guess. I would also lend credibility to the Canadian scenario of birth. Not impossible.
I sincerely hope that somehow the matter will be resolved to the satisfaction of all American citizens. If President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, and the long form does not exist. It should then be sworn so. Affidavits under the full compulsion of the law. This if there was some glitch and the long form was never completed.
Please excuse this long screed. It will possibly be the dogged foot work of the researcher that will win the day.

LOL When I originally started researching everytime I found an article of interest it went into my “dirt in woodpile” file folder” I found it interesting that the article published in a Dubai newspaper regarding the first meeting between Jr and Frank Marshall Davis was moved from its original location and it took me several hours to re-locate it. Other Freepers did help with some information including Ruby who was the one who originally advised me that Orland Scott and Thelma Leforge were the owners of record of the birth announcement home in 1961 which led me into a search for them. Another Freeper alerted me to the interview with the babysitter of Jr when SAD and Jr were living in WA state and I had found the original article about the apartment she had lived in on Capitol Hill in two papers, one a gay newspaper but one has to take stories from sources where ever they can be found. I spent days looking through adoption records for the Vancouver General Hospital and for the Booth Memorial Home in Vancouver B.C. but wasn’t able to locate any adoptions which happened around the time of Jr’s birth. The divorce papers arrived in Boston just before Sr returned to Kenya with Ruth following soon after. According to Kezia she was unaware that Sr had married Ruth until Sr was in one of his many car accidents and the two women met in his hospital room.
I was also aware that one page of the divorce papers was missing as I have been able to follow along with the threads for the most part with the exception of 3 months when I had no computer access. As I had said earlier my thinking that SAD had Jr in Canada is a theory only, but it is based on things which she said to her friends and the racist atmospere prevalent in Seattle at that time.
Actually it was Sun Yat-sen.
