Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

A few thoughts here, driven by a poster I cannot remember, dealing with the value of such a birth certificate. Asking is it under lock and key in a safety deposit or similar. Now, if it is a forgery, it is virtually worthless. Unless someone would pay a few hundred for it's curiosity value. Now follow a line of reasoning if it was the real thing.
There are two moneyed and powerful forces at work here. Both are at odds with each other. Take the first one, the friends of President Obama. If the Kenyan government would have kept or destroyed the original to protect the man that must be an immense source of pride, what then?
That birth certificate would be worth starting at 100,000 dollars. To prevent any forensics on it, those forces could destroy it.
What of the opposing forces? If they got their hands on it, it could destroy the Presidential aspirations to a second term. Could they shark up a 100,000 dollar payment? I would think so.
That is a lot of money out there, there must surely be offers for it. Under exacting conditions of course.

The birth certificate that you are referring to is not the birth certificate that I procured in Kenya. The birth certificate that you have refernced is the one that Orly Taitz supposedly got from Israel (though I have no idea where it came from or if it is 100% a fake or 100% authentic).
The birth certificate that I procured in Kenya was issued by the Coast Province General Hospital which was located in the British Protectorate of Kenya in 1961.
It bears no resemblance to the certificate that you are referring to.

Orly Taitz is not a Patriot. She has no interest in conducting any real research or investigation. She?s a wealthy woman (millions of dollars, real dollar bills not just credit, assets and net worth. She really has the tangible money) yet she begs for donations for filing fees and refuses to pay for any research or investigation. She once told us when asked why she wasn't seeking airtime for her witnesses, Orly replied, "Because they aren't tall and blond."
Orly Taitz will go to great lengths which include perjury and false testimony in Court. I (Lucas) am not prepared to lie under oath or to fight Obama lies with Lucas lies at request of Orly Taitz to succeed in Court.

It has already been discussed that putting corroborating evidence on this forum weakens investigation that the government might take, as it gets cussed and discussed in the forum, and those who WOULD be investigated now know that they are known. It has been discussed, and I think agreed by most, that it is better to keep such evidence FROM those it may involve, even tho it does not satisfy others curiousity.

But it's NOT the same document.
Your stance allows any scammer to make any claim they want and get away with it .If someone makes a claim no matter how outlandish do not ask them to verify it.

It is now an established fact that he has submitted the documents into the judicial system, as well as affidavits affirming how, when, where, and what he submitted to the courts. It’s done.
Do you think for one minute that this is only read by supporters? Do you think for one minute that anything he says is dissected and judged by those who do and do not want to believe its legimiticy?
Finally, can you concieve how much time and effort, for no money (you gotta pay bills and live)that it takes for him, or anyone to provide exhausting detail to people that will have no relevance to the actual acceptance of this document in the judical system. It will be investigated by them. Public pressure, so far, in this issue, or Obama qualifications, has been ignored.

Ang’awa is yet another diversion form Lucas. Ang’awa has never been a question. Lucas found his name and it is possible he worked some periods in Mombasa.
However intersting Ang’awa is there are still some questions Lucas has to answer:
1 Why does his document, dated Feb 19th 2009, bear the stamp and signature of “Chief aministrator” Helton Maganga who was not the Chief Administrator on that day (dr.Othigo was c.a.) ?
2 Why is Dr. Maganga’s name mispelled ?
3 How can he be certain of the autenticity since he has confirmed to never having met Dr.Maganga ?
4 Where are the documents or titles otherwise (photos with recnognizeable landmarks, hotel receipts, plane ticket, passport visa, etc.) to confirm his voyage to Kenya ?
5 Why has he shot videos of himself in Santo Domingo claiming to have filmed in Kenya ?
You are correct, as well as an affidavit pertaining to how, what, where, and when he got the documents. By doing this, it IMO eliminated the possibility of someone harming him before the documents got into the courts hands.
He made statements, but how about links to the evidence that Palin gave Smith anything..so far, just words, nothing more. Plus his last entry concerning Lucas Smiths school attendance, jobs he worked at, etc. How was such information obtained, where is evidence that they have anything at all...
OK Mike Taerg, you keep demanding evidence from Lucas Smith, I challenge you to provide the above evidence to us on the board. Not that it will change anything concerning the authenticity of the document, but may give us all insight into Lucas Smith, and yourself, as to why you would go to such lengths to impugn his character, and to what ends.

Have you considered that the doctor might not have filled this document out himself? Staff do that work, and the doctor just signs it. Sometimes they do not review the minutae of the document. It is very common to have typo’s on documents. I know people who have had their names misspelled on their birth certificates, and had to go thru alot to change it, if they left the hospital with it incorrect. It is not out of the range of possibility, that IF it was a mistake, the doctors simply did not catch it.

The document obviously has them all so worried they have no choice but to attempt to destroy the individual.
As soon as we began to show an interest in the Lucas Smith (InspectorSmith) document, they came out of the woodwork with their ‘I produced the Kenya document forgery’ - a blatant attempt to confuse those who were not aware THAT THE BOMFORD DOC AND THE KENYA BC WERE NOT THE SAME!
