Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

You all know I have been a birther from back in the summer of 2008, but even I have questioned a Kenyan birth. I personally have thought she went to Canada to have him since they had “free healthcare” that the Dunham’s would have been aware of living in Seattle. Also, it would explain her visiting a friend in Seattle when Obama just a few weeks old. It just seemed to make sense and the idea of a pregnant woman traveling to a remote African country in 1961 seemed absurd. However...
This is something that would absurd for us, normal people. This is a woman who a few years later moved to a third world hell hole known as Indonesia. She romanticised that life! She was Bohemian by nature and would have found the idea of living in Africa thrilling! Maybe after getting there and realizing that while she was ‘color blind’, the black Africans were not. Her father in law didn’t approve, she found out he already had a tribal wife recognized in his village and by his family. But she is stuck in Kenya, pregnant. I’d imagine if this is true, it would have been a terrifying ordeal for her.
Now one thing I haven’t heard anyone mention recently is if there is a record of Barack SENIOR making a trip home to Kenya in any part of 1961. If he did, this would hold up better because it would make sense that she would join him. If he didn’t, it wouldn’t make sense that she traveled there alone.
Just curious, do any of you guys know if Sr. traveled to Kenya in 1961?

Also, the debate with Alan Keyes where Keyes said “You aren’t even a natural born citizen” and Obama answered that it didn’t matter, he wasn’t running for President. (This was a Senate election debate)

I’m not saying we should accuse IS of forgery and perjury because I think he’s guilty. I’m saying that it would be one way for him to be able to get discovery - just like me not paying my taxes could be a way to be able to get discovery. An accused person has the right to subpoena whatever documents they need to defend themselves - at least if I’m understanding correctly.
I actually do believe that Obama was born in Kenya, and your point about Kenya protecting Obama’s records there is just one of the reasons I believe this. A Kenyan birth would also explain why Obama needed to amend his BC, as the Hawaii DOH has confirmed, and/or have supplementary documents to support the birth claims (as the HDOH has also confirmed).

Wow. The US Senate building and Chicago, IL. Now that’s a trail worth pursuing. I wonder why the FBI wouldn’t investigate..... maybe the same reason they told me they don’t investigate document fraud.
I think people REALLY need to be made aware of how many laws are being broken and how many law enforcment entities are refusing to investigate. To me this whole issue with Obama is a matter of law enforcement. If we had even ONE law enforcment entity that did its job Obama would have been outed a long, long time ago.
People may think the eligibility issue is fringe, but anybody who thinks the absolute corruption of law enforcement is fringe is either crazy or suicidal.
Any problem if they know it before then?
My suspicion is that corrupt Kenya would be backing Judge Carter's ruling because they have much to gain by concealing Obama's birth and then blackmailing him for all they can get.
I'm not a lawyer, but I am hoping that Judge Carter could be reversed on his ruling which precluded discovery of Obama's original HI vital records or even submission of a certified HI COLB (not the Factcheck COLB that has never been submitted to a court).
Ultimately, I believe it may be the Court of Public Opinion which will look at the mounting evidence that Obama lies continuously ("You can keep your plan") did not write Dreams and is totally incompetent and over his head and Obama will lose his left-wing media protection.
A quo warranto could also put the burden of proof on Obama to show his qualifications and bring the public behind releases of the HI vital records.
If he was on official with tuburculosis research or any foundation for research there should be publicly-available documents somewhere that would have his signature. I don’t know if Kenya has FOIA laws or not, but there should be some way to see a signature. Letters he wrote, whatever.
The certified copy of Obama’s BC would not be the same thing as Obama’s lawyers tried to get the judge to take note of (the Factcheck online image). The certified copy would have note of Obama’s amendment - AND the certified copy would require (according to Hawaii law) any judicial or administrative person or body to actually examine the evidence file in order to determine the validity of the claim. Obama’s BC in Hawaii does not qualify as prima facie evidence. If Obama ever presented the certified copy that would immediately be seen - which is probably why he has never done so.

That’s where I’m at too. But my husband isn’t with me on that so I have to look to other brave souls for that part. I hope it doesn’t come to that. What I see in the courts, government, and law enforcement makes me fear it just may come to that.
When it comes to the issue of how much to say publicly it’s a difficult call. If there’s evidence still to be gathered we sure don’t want to give Obama’s henchmen a heads-up. But I think if we’re ever going to get the courts to do the right thing they need to know that the public demands it, and that will only happen when the public is informed. The particulars of the information in question make a big difference, but that’s the basic framework I’m operating within. If that doesn’t make sense to somebody I hope they’ll give their point of view so I can consider everything.
