Dr Ang'awa had worked in Embu, Kiambu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kakamega and Bungoma and was one of the best known members of the medical profession in the country.
Her father was brutally killed when she was a teenager more than 40 years ago, but Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa has opted to forgive his killer. During her reflection at a recent meeting to plan the 40th anniversary of the death of her father, she had no qualms about offering a pardon. "I have forgiven you," she says is the message she has for the killer of Dr James Ang'awa.
One of the pioneer medical specialists in the country, Dr Ang'awa was hit on the head with a blunt object on Tom Mboya Street by an unknown assailant.
A police inquest cleared a suspect who had been arrested although Justice Ang'awa is not convinced the decision was the right one. "My father died a painful death. Investigations and inquests were concluded. I and my brothers--Antony, Hillary, Charles and William-- have climbed a steep path to success with the guidance of our mother Perez. So the best thing to do is to forgive the killer," she told the Sunday Nation.
At the time of her father's death, Justice Ang'awa was a Form One student at Limuru Girls' high school. Her family enjoyed a comfortable life; her father was establishing a reputation for his research into treatment of tuberculosis.
The family lived in high-class government quarters in Upper Hill. Among their neighbours were Dr Njoroge Mungai, former President Kenyatta's personal physician, President Kibaki, who was then minister for Finance and the late Barack Obama Sr, father of American President Barack Obama.
The family was evicted from the house three months after Dr Ang'awa's death.

Is there a way to fond private specialits (don’t know the name) who could examine the BC - may be 2 or 3, like they did with the false one from an FBI agent who certified that was a forgery? Could we find these type of person - private - not kenyan gov? It seems, after all I read on this post, that nobody could prove this one is a fake - the Obma one is proven a fake already. Nothing yet about this one. Could we do that?

Mr Smith should back up his story about how he went to Africa and got the document. He has stated that he has pictures of himself in Africa yet has never posted them.

May be that would be a good start - I mean..the best start - if we can do that and if the results are absolutely positive that it’s a real and authentic BC according to Kenya, then seems to be that we should have a free ride, don’t you think? I am bit surprised this was not done yet. Is it difficult to find this type of specialist? Or, may be, someone who would be willing to take that risk...
I don’t know that the administrator at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa would ever even consider talking in Court.
I will testify to the events that took place inside of the hospital on February 19th, 2009.
Which two witnesses did you have in mind, for example, that would swear to have personal knowledge of the authenticity of Lucas Smith's document? Who in the US can swear under oath to the authenticity of an image of a 1961 Kenyan document?
Smith can only attest to how he obtained it, not whether it is authentic. I don't believe that any such witnesses can be found in the US. They would have to be smuggled out of Kenya in fear for their lives, I suspect.
Under the FRE, only Kenyan officials can authenticate a certified Kenya BC to be placed in evidence in federal court. I don't believe that partisans on either side would accept any such authentication or rejection from Kenyan officials given the corruption in Kenya.
In fact, Federal Judge Carter in CA said that even if Kenyan official did certify Lucas Smith's CPGH BC, he would likely rule in favor of a certified HI COLB, if submitted into evidence.
Only if Obama's original vital records are released and they show an amendment or evidence of a Kenya birth would any certification by Kenyan authorities overcome the "self-authentication" of Obama's HI COLB (assuming it is real).
This could well explain why Obama and the Obots are fighting so hard to discourage and mock birthers stonewall release of Obama's original HI vital records.
Look at how fast Charlie Rangel and Gov. Patterson were taken down once they lost their standing in the "court of public opinion" and became useless to the power elites. The same thing could happen to Obama overnight, and he knows it, I suspect.
If the GOP takes the House in November, they will have subpoena power to investigate Obama's original HI vital records.

It is true that he is Prime Minister, only the second in Kenyan history, and it was brokered by Kofi Anan, for power sharing purposes 2 months after the elections.

i want the person that gave him the doc. from the hospital, and the person who notarized it and smith to testify— if these they will testify in open court that this is a true doc. then thats all that will matter— obama will have to prove otherwise— and he cant
