The dates that differ are the dates the CERTIFICATE NUMBER was given, not the date of birth.
The local registrar at Kapiolani signed all of the certs on the same day - Friday. He/she sent them to the DOH where they were given numbers on the same day - Friday.
You could have the numbers out of sequence from the date of birth. Absolutely.
But the problem is the day that the certificate was filed at the state registrar’s office. The certs from Kapiolani for the week were all filed on the same day. They all received numbers on the same day.
Why would a clerk 3 days later use a lower number than was used for the batch of birth certificates 3 days earlier?
What BuckT is talking about is temporary paper plates aka dealer plates, that are not nor ever could be actual registration of title by the purchaser.
Sorry BuckT, but there are no applications for dealer/temp certs for births.
What we don’t know about processing isn’t for lack of trying. Ask Hawaii State Senator Will Espero. He wants to put people like me on a 2-year time-out from asking any questions simply because we’re asking for documents which the DOH is required to have on hand describing their procedures and standards... and the DOH is getting tired of having to tell us they don’t have anything to give us.

The Obamafile is fantastic. That was the first one I thought of when backing up was mentioned. There’s others around the web and surely they are backing up constantly with these yahoos at the helm.

You simply can’t say with certainty that the hospital registrar signed all of the certs on the same day. That doesn’t even make sense from a logistical perspective.
Isn’t more likely that the hospital registrar signed the certificate immediately after the physician signed it in front of her? Otherwise her signature is attesting to information that she personally did not witness.
Obama is born on the 4th. The twins are born on the 5th. Obama’s doctor is available to sign paperwork on the 8th. He signs, the hospital registrar signs and stamps date accepted/filed (whichever) because she IS an authorized registrar. She would have to record a date somewhere!
The twins’ doctor is available on the 11th to sign paperwork. He signs, the registrar signs and datestamps the certificate. She places the twins’ paperwork in her outgoing box to be sent to the state.
The state receives the paperwork. The twins’ paperwork is reviewed for accuracy. The state registrar stamps the certificate number at the top as her approval of the local registrar’s work. She moves on down the stack to Obama’s paperwork.
I’m not trying to convince you. I know you’ll believe what you want. Just consider that there are other plausible answers to your questions.
I have waited and waited for someone to get this into the courts and make Obama produce his long form BC. He hasn’t happened and I don’t know how to make it happen. The courts continue to cite lack of standing. I don’t have an answer. As for giving up, I haven’t. I am just being realistic.
Perhaps I am but Nobama has been in office over a year and still hasn’t had to provide proof he is indeed eligible to be president.
But this past week on the mainland, Lingle told reporters Obama has never voted in Hawaii, nor has he owned a business here.
“Senator Obama likes to say he’s from Hawaii. But, the truth is, I’ve never met him in my life. He’s never called me on the phone. Ninety-five percent of the people in my state had never heard of him before he ran for president” said Lingle.
She’s confirmed Obama was born in Hawaii. Problem is, nobody is listening.

Bullsh*t. I titled cars with real plates and tags and was an authorized title clerk and notary for the State of Texas. I signed the titlework, the odometer statements, the bill of sale, all of it. I even worked in the county’s title office when they were short clerks. The county borrowed me from the dealership.
Paper dealer tags are given out by freaking salesmen on the salesfloor.

That's Stupid. The controlling office of those birth certificate forms would not send them out with pre-stamped control numbers or let multiple nurses from a multitude of facilities do that. It's too much of a chance for things to go wrong like double numbers or as them being lost in transit or being incomplete and having to send the form back to and from the medical facilities. What does make sense, and that has been verified here, is to issue the control numbers when the birth certificates are filed or accepted by the state to be placed in the records at that time.
Just wanted to see this posted again.
