I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.
Actually, I have been out trying to discover how anyone knows the COLB was amended. You know, get to the bottom. Are you sure its been amended?

So this indonesian school record may be the one and only single document regarding the life of barry soetero that is authentic, legitimate and has made it into the public view.
He should have done what he usually does and just voted present.
Orly going to the UN....? Insanity? A plant to draw attention away from the truth? Beats me.
When and where did I ever say I thought Orly was a good attorney? Hey, a good attorney, investigator or whoever, that obtains relevant, damaging, good, reliable information will hold onto it, keep it under wraps, build their case.
Orly has always driven me crazy. I admire her gumption, her methods are deplorable.
I am NOT a birther. That term was invented by Obots and I refuse to be called that. I am inquisitive and a logical thinker. Loose ends and things that don’t add up bother me. With BO there are tons of them. He should have shown his long form before he was elected and since he didn’t, I have reason to believe he was born elsewhere, or there is something on it that makes him a liar.
He refuses to put the issue to rest so either he can’t or he is the most arrogant SOB on the face of this earth, or both.

Poor Obama. The story of the Nordyke twins' birth at Kapiolani hospital on Aug. 5 is like a thorn in Obama's side that he cannot shake and voters can't forget about.
1. For instance, to me, the fact that the Nordyke twins' birth announcement was in the Aug. 16 paper, as I recall, while the Obama birth announcement was in the paper on Aug. 13, as I recall, makes me believe even more that Obama was NOT born at Kapiolani hospital at he claims.
2. My argument is this: If Obama was born on Aug.4 at Kapiolani hospital and the Nordyke twins were born one day later on Aug. 5 at the same Kapiolani hospital, then I say that all these births should be listed in the newspaper on the same date, specifically on Aug. 16, the day the Nordyke births are listed.
3. That is, because the Nordyke twins' births were listed in the Aug. 16 newspaper, I argue that Obama should have been listed in the newspaper on that date also and not in the Aug.13 newspaper, if Obama had been born at Kapiolani like the Nordyke twins.
4. To me, Obama was listed in the Aug. 13 newspaper and not in the Aug.16 newspaper like the Nordyke twins because the source of Obama's birth information did NOT come from Kapiolani hospital like the Nordyke twins' birth information did. Rather, Obama's birth information arrived at the Hawaii Health Department from somewhere else, because Obama was not born in Kapiolani hospital as he claims.
5. And what other source was that? I say that Obama's mother or grandmother delivered Obama's birth certificate to the Hawaii Health Department themselves because Obama was not born in a hospital in Hawaii, and that is why I believe that once we see Obama's 1961 long form birth certificate, we won't see a doctor's name or a hospital name on it.
