I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms date accepted and date filed on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms Date accepted by the State Registrar and Date filed by the State Registrar referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of Oahu or on the neighbor islands of Kauai, Hawaii, Maui, Molokai, or Lanai), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of Oahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the Date filed by the State Registrar is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obamas Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.
To Peter Libra:
Are you just slow or what or is it just getting to late in the night for you to pay attention?
I never said that Bomford was not a real person. I even said that while he might really be a real person BUT...that it doesn’t matter if he is a real person.
Him being a real person doesn’t mean that his birth certificate was listed on his family’s genealogy website. DO YOU GET IT KNOW Peter?????? No one is saying that Bomford doesn’t have a birth certificate somewhere. I’m just telling you that it wasn’t posted on his family’s website.
Lastly there is ONLY ONE news report that claims to have interviewed Bomford and the article (on ABC Australia) is a FAKE. It was attached to their website by a hacker.
Just like the supposed “original Bomford” birth certificate was attached to the Bomford family’s website by a hacker.
Do you get it now Peter? Have you ever looked at the supposed “Bomford” birth certificate???? The some of the print and some of the signatures are layed OVER THE TOP of the creases in the paper. It’s been digitally altered.
Thank you.
Did I do something right for a change or did I do something wrong? I havent followed this thread so Im lost
WHAT a coincidence! That's exactly how Koyaan exposed the fake Kenyan BC. Just dumb luck, right? LOLOLOL
Koyaan: I spent several hours with Google image search on that before I decided to broaden my search outside of Kenya-specific documents.
It was some time later that I finally spotted a thumbnail on one of the results pages that looked very much like the Kenyan certificate. I pulled up the full size image and found that it was virtually EXACTLY the same type of document.
Hit the link in the post and you’ll see. It wasn’t either. I’d say it was “neutral”.
Later!
You are pathetic.
Hi DJ MacWOW,
I don’t think that this “KenyanBCPunkster” ever created any birth certificate.
And here is the link you are looking for (but you have to be a member of Politijab to view it:

“After having spent (wasted?) nearly a year in the trenches of Birthistan, I decided several months ago to “retire” and move on, save for dropping by here once in a while to keep in touch with some of the friends I’d made here. And then yesterday this Kenyan birth certificate thing seemed to explode like Krakatoa on the Internet. It was claims about Obama’s Hawaiian certificate being a forgery that suckered me into all this stuff last summer, and I guess I must still be a sucker for a good birth certificate story because I decided to look into this one. I wanted to see if I could find any images of similar documents from Kenya around the same time period that could be compared to the certificate on the web. I spent several hours with Google image search on that before I decided to broaden my search outside of Kenya-specific documents. It was some time later that I finally spotted a thumbnail on one of the results pages that looked very much like the Kenyan certificate. I pulled up the full size image and found that it was virtually EXACTLY the same type of document. It was a scanned image of a “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth” dated in 1964 for a David Jeffrey Bomford on a genealogy website for the Bomford family. Except that David Jeffrey Bomford wasn’t born in Kenya, he was born in South Australia. But what was even more interesting was certain other features of the document as compared to the Kenya certificate. The names of the registrar and the district registrar were the SAME NAMES as given in the Kenya certificate save for the first initials, i.e. G.H. Lavender and J.H. Miller in the Bomford document versus E.H. Lavender and M.H. Miller in the Kenya document. Also, the book number (44B) and page number (5733) were the exactly the same on both documents. The image of the Bomford certificate seems to prove beyond any doubt that not only is the Kenya certificate a fake, but that whomever faked it used the Bomford certificate as the template. Here’s a scaled down image of the Bomford certificate:”
I (Lucas) don’t believe that Bomford ever had his birth certificate on his family’s website.
Caches are wonderful things!
way back when I actually did some digging on the Bomford BC and I contacted a Mr Bomford (from Australia I think) who is in the US in a high powered job.
I had uncovered his Wiki page in which it was clear he hated Bush , was a bit of a prankster and had said wanted to be a ‘forger”
At any rate I contacted the man and he said he was aware of the controversy but had nothing to do with it.
Ii continue to think he is a likely canddate
It doesn't matter. They are all liars and all in it together.
Night Mr Smith. Have a good evening!
I remember reading that before but only after seeing again. You have a good memory.
Placemark.
Night.
The Bomford BC was on the Bomford Family tree web site for a short period of time...I saw it .....It was taken down very quickly after the whole story broke.
The BC was totally out of place on the site ...no other BCs were present. At the time someone here (a freeper) said that the records showed the web site had last been edited the day before, I assumed the web site had not been hacked but was manipulated by a member of the family or someone who had access to the codes . I am not a geek so I had no way of knowing that for sure but the whole thing is on FR somewhere.
No, I will tell you what the surprise was. The surprise was on the Bomford’s when they discovered that the reason that their server was overloaded was because thousands of people were flocking to it to view birth certificate that was not attached to their website until someone hacked into there website and placed it there. (Though the thousands of people that flocked there didn’t know that it had been hacked in.)
The Bomford birth certificate is was fake. Anyone that can’t see that some of the print and some of the signature overlays the creases on the paper needs to invest in a pair of glasses.
And the ABC Austalia news report that claims to have interviewed Bomford is a FAKE. And it’s the only interview out there.

However, I don’t believe that Orly Taitz’s supposed “MOSSAD” document is real either. And I don’t believe that MOSSAD ever gave her anything.
My best objective opinion (if that makes sense) is that Orly’s husband (Yosi or Yosef Taitz) created the document for his wife Orly.
Lucas Daniel Smith
Your right (this time that this), the birth certificate was hacked in.
My newest post to the KenyaBCguy explains it more.
I think KenyanBCPunkster posted that long paragraph.
In a Freemail he wrote to me, he used this phrase:
“I spent over a year in the trenches looking into the whole Birther thing”...
So, it is probably as I thought, no coincidence that the Bomford bc showed up so quickly. The same person who used it as a template “outed” the source.
