DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

I wish we could get the information out to people who are skeptical. I’ve tried posting the link to my blog at Ace’s at http://www.ace.mu.nu but even when I had a tinyurl with just “fubho” added to the required tinyurl link stuff, the site said my string was too long.

If somebody else posts over there and is willing to post it, that would be awesome (if you have better luck than me). I don’t want to just preach to the choir. People who have closed their minds to this issue need to realize there is very credible evidence that something really stinks in Hawaii.

She says she has seen his records, and that he was born in Hawaii and is a "natural-born American Citizen". Parse that language. He was born in Hawaii. He was a "natural-born" American Citizen. That is different than saying a "Natural Born Citizen of the United States" Most people will discount a hyphenated word, but they are technically different, and Hawaii parses language like this a LOT. The constitution says:"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution," There is no hyphenated word there, so technically Fukino can SAY what she said and be technically correct. Yes they will rely on such finely split hairs. Now what doe she NOT say? She does not say that the COLB on the internet matches the documents with the state. THAT is what we are discussing here. Hawaii won't verify anything at all regarding it, citing privacy rules that would only apply if NO information had ever been publicly released by Obama himself. You see, when a person releases something like a picture of a COLB then it isn't subject to privacy laws, its already been made public by the person in question. At the very least, Hawaii could state that yes, the information on that document is consistent with state records, in otherwise, acknowledge that its an authentic document. They can do that by releasing another identical copy, easy. If its already been done, there is nothing to protect. Unless of course, the documents do not match. In that case, then Hawaii is still bound by its laws and cannot release any information about it. See, thats where it all comes apart.

I had a West Point classmate who retired to Hawaii personally go down to the DOH and speak to the clerks. This is what he wrote me back:

You so happens to have some "West Point" buddy of yours go down to DoH where they explained to him how it was done?? We can all go home now because Wiggs here has conveniently filled in the inexplicably gaps. Pfffft. However, we cannot get coherent answers from either Fukino or Okubo with all the hundreds if not thousands of correspondences they have received over the last two years where they could have just as easily informed the world. You're definitely a ringer.

Thats the Nordyke document. Those specific words aren’t on any long form box. You have to read the whole conversation Eggie.

Received by the state means when a given state office gets it from a doctor’s office, and that might be on Maui, or Kauai, or Lanai. If that state office was on one of the outer islands the registrar there would record the entry of the document into state hands by noting the DATE IT WAS “RECEIVED BY THE LOCAL REGISTRAR”. This is what Okubo is saying by that.

When the document is ACCEPTED by the state, it is given a File number which only happened in the Honolulu office, which might take a couple of days to get to, for what ever reason. It had to be PHYSICALLY transported there.

So there is a place for state officials on outer islands (or military base personnel) to note when the Doc entered state possession, then ANOTHER to note when the document got its File number and was entered into permanent records. Follow?

Astounding how that works, isn't it? How many months did Birthers cry, "Where are the Nordyke birth announcements?" Finally, somebody got off their butts and went and looked for them. And gosh... they actually found them. What an astounding concept.

So yes... I called my classmate who retired in Hauula and asked him to actually go ask somebody how this was done. Not writing emails to an overworked PR person who can recognize a vexatious requester at 300 meters, has already been attacked for just doing her job by Birthers in 20 states, and who has never pushed a piece of paper in her life. Actually going there and talking to somebody who has done the job!!

It's a stunning innovation in research methodology; asking somebody who actually knows. I'm glad we've got West Point to train people to actually do stuff rather than sit around and speculate.
