It has what looks like a raised seal. I'm not so sure it's a copy, at least in the modern sense. Might be an old fashioned copy, in which a clerk retyped what he saw on another document.
No this is NOT a “copy” of the original. It is an “original” and certified abstract of the original record which remains in a bound record book with consecutively numbered pages.
It is in all respects an “original” Birth Certificate, if authenticated. It is essential that the photographed document be submitted to the court.

But documents like this are relatively easy to forge, even documents with raised seals and "official" signatures.
This case gets weirder and weirder every day. I'm still not a "birther" but the longer the Obama administration tap dances and tries to direct attention from what should be a very easy matter to clear up, the more suspicious I become.

This gets more interesting every day. Perhaps this is the BC used by Obama to enter college as a foreign student as is claimed in the CA lawsuit. That would explain why his college records are sealed. Obama may be a forger in addition to being a usurper.
If Obama wasn’t a natural US citizen, he wouldn’t have been allowed to run. They check these things well in advance.
