I doubt that this is even going to get to court; I think it will probably not get very far beyond Free Republic, alas. I keep hoping something will happen to derail him, but then, people kept hoping that something would happen to Hitler, too, and it never did. It took a world war to remove him or make him remove himself.
Remember, there were people stating the "birther movement" wouldn't get far beyond FR either...... now it's all they can talk about.
