If Obama were born at Kapiolani Hospital, as would most likely have been the case for anyone in the University of Hawaii community in 1961, it should be failrly easy to determine the normal lag between birth and registration.

If this particular birth were to have been registered, say, a week later than normal, with no hospital indicated (home birth), and no attending physican’s signature, and AFTER Ann Dunham was repoerted to have shown up at her childhood friend’s home in Mercer Island, WA asking for instructions on diaper changing, it would very strongly indicate to me that Obama was NOT born in Hawaii.

Yep, the application for a new issue of the form was withdrawn. It wasn’t created. the form you are looking at is the Feb 1990 form. Pretty hard for it to have been signed in 1981, eh?

That's my understanding as well. Interesting isn't it, that if that form is at Obama HQ, the COLB on the Obama website is still the forgery.

The first picture in the thread compares the Obama 2007 cert with a genuine 2007 cert. He ignores the fact that it is a pretty good match. The second picture compares Obama 2007 with DeCosta 2002 to "prove" that Obama 2007 was created from DeCosta 2002. For starters, as he has admitted, the seals are different between 2002 and 2007 and looking at Decosta (posted in this thread) and photo #5, they are obviously different.

The main problem with the analysis is it doesn't address the factcheck photo that I linked to. That photo could only be made the way I indicated in my original post here, but Polarik is fixated on photoshop after the fact. That's possible with the flat scans that he shows, but not with photo #5.
