Chris - I think he sounds weak. Not good enough to be in the top twelve.

This is the FIRST show for the top 1 2, in the new auditorium forum...so I think to some extent it sets the mood and expectations for the voters...the first impresssion is key.
So here we have the top 12, first time out of the box, which included 4 black female singers, singing a songbook from a black female artist.
A blatant attempt to skew the vote, perhaps??

Agreed, Miss Didi. She is a person who you would love to have as a neighbor, a friend. Then she would belt out one of those songs and ...well, holy cow.
But she is not a conventional beauty. Just a beautiful person. Not a bad thing.

His voice is good, but I don't like this arrangement at all. It's all drums, all the time.

what's so funny about this crap about the usa's being fired was I was working for DOJ in 1993 when the word came down (from the Clinton DOJ - Reno) that All 93 USAs were fired as of that day (Jan 20, 1993)....talk about a shock....and I don't see anything from the MSM talking about it....and certainly NOTHING from the Shummie-man....

I totally agree. IMO, why we didn't see much of the auditions is because they stacked the deck with the types of singers they want to win.

I fearlessly predict that before he is ultimately voted off, Chris will shave his dome to emulate Phil..
