Personally, I prefer Tancredo although I admire "America's Mayor," and this article sheds some light on Rudy's little known conservative and courageous accomplishments.

I know. In essence, a guy like Rudy supports the law which allows for abortion, which really means a woman is given the right to choose without other people using government to impose their will; he supports gays in the sense they have a right to pursue happiness, without other people using government to impose their righteous will; and so on.
Instead they're all about getting judges on the court who will trample on individual rights, like the Constitution intended, and a president who agrees that the best use of government is to interfere with our lives.

Well, bless your heart, you're just SO "kind".
To: nopardons
oh so the candidate with the most money wins. doesnt matter if they are the best or the worst pick? i feel SO encouraged now.
how much money does rudy or mcain or hillary need to show the ppl who the are? WE ALREADY know.
there isnt anything they can say, that wont be a suprise, or filtered thru their past records.
they can travel far and wide, but those that agree with thier principles already do and those that dont, wont pay them no mind.
ive personally given to duncan and i know several others. just because he isnt in front now doesnt mean he wont be in future!

Have you seen him on T.V. lately?
To: nopardons
We have spam and naked spam. I think naked might be useful for the Rudy photos taken at the one banquet.

Mostly correct; however, what the antis REALLY want is a benevolent dictator, not a president! They want someone who will do what they want done, IMMEDIATELY, without bothering to follow the laws of this land. That's why they are always so angry and disappointed.

i dont need to see him on TV. i dont watch much tv, it makes me CRANKY!
left or right, most i know get thier info online anymore and alot can be accomplished via the internet. i wouldnt rule out seeing him later on the boob tube down the road though.
TV, biggest fund raiser dinners, hair cuts, custom suits etc etc. are we electing movie stars??? or someone who can run our country?

But an apology when caught (saying what I don't know, or much care), is only sensible. I was not "caught". If I thought I had something to hide, I would have never posted the link that lead to all of my posts elsewhere. When I went back to review those posts, thinking that everything was OK, I saw a few things that jumped out at me. I apologized accordingly.
And you can count on me to stick around and give you heartburn. But only if you're pushing something obviously liberal.

I'm in So. California and I'd never heard of him till his name was shoved down our throats here on FR, nor had any of my neighbours heard of him. If you mention his name in conversation at the grocery store or the likes, your greeted with a blank stare. For someone who's been a public figure for 26 years he sure has kept himself hidden. I've yet to hear his name mentioned on our radio stations around here.

Duncan Hunter said according to some of his supporters that he will get Roe v. Wade overturned if he is elected President.

it does NOT supplant what money buys! You haves NO idea what you are talking about and I suggest that you find out I prefer principles to money which means I don't have a lot of money. The idea that TV ads (one reason I joined FR was I jettisoned the TV) mean votes is repugnant to me. It means more power for the MSM.

Does it bother you at all, that the "law" on abortion, was crafted by SCOTUS fiat, via a Constitutional analysis that embarrasses even liberal Constitutional law academics? Now the issue is whether the errancy should be viewed as precedent, or "super" precedent, which with the passage of time, is now so ingrained, that Humpty Dumpty should not be put back together again, despite the ongoing toxicity to the public square of this judicial frolic and detour - - a frolic and detour which Justice Kennedy has now taken beyond the mere spatial and the here and now, and into the cosmos, as one journeys above and beyond, to find the essential self, and into other dimensions, about which SCOTUS may have much more to say - - depending on just who are the navigators on spaceship SCOTUS, of this bold Odyssey.

Petronski got really mad at EV -- looks like I am not the only one who took offense at that symbol EV posted and told us to wear it. Didn't think it was funny at all.
