Does it bother you at all, that the "law" on abortion, was crafted by SCOTUS fiat, via a Constitutional analysis that embarrasses even liberal Constitutional law academics? Now the issue is whether the errancy should be viewed as precedent, or "super" precedent, which with the passage of time, is now so ingrained, that Humpty Dumpty should not be put back together again, despite the ongoing toxicity to the public square of this judicial frolic and detour - - a frolic and detour which Justice Kennedy has now taken beyond the mere spatial and the here and now, and into the cosmos, as one journeys above and beyond, to find the essential self, and into other dimensions, about which SCOTUS may have much more to say - - depending on just who are the navigators on spaceship SCOTUS, of this bold Odyssey.

What bothers me is having the right to choose a medical procedure taken away from women, and passed off to a government that is not capable of making moral or spiritual decisions for us.

And, why stop there?

Whatever toxicity exists, could be dissolved with acceptance by the opposition to certain facts of this life.
