I'll accept mine from you with pleasure. Please do--you earned that thank you :)
I'll repeat what I said to you before: You elevate this thread just by contributing to it and your encouragement has meant the most to me.

They either fudged last week or E's votes went heavily toward Taylor. I can believe either scenario.

Summer reality shows scare me. Their always a little icky. Very. They're like leftovers nobody wants.

Do you know if the contestants get to choose who they sing with? I don't know. I thought that they got to choose for themselves, but, most that appear, seem to have new cd's coming out or something that they are plugging. Plus, there must be a list of celebs willing to appear. So, I'm not sure how they get matched up.

(Taylor--he sings, writes his own songs, plays instruments, has charisma, and he's the whole package.)

Did you see the Glenn Beck TV show tonight??
He opened the show singing "Over the Rainbow" on the floor ala McPhee!
It was hilarious!

If there is a ping list for '07, could you add me to it? Thanks. You're still on it. The Idol ping list never goes away--it just keeps growing :)

I'm looking forward to his CD. Me too! More so than even Carrie's.
I hope Taylor really cuts loose on his CD and shows his full potential. I have a feeling we were only able to see a glimpse of what he's really capable of.

I know how hard and sometimes frustrating it was for you. I'll never forget those late night screaming FR mails :)
God bless you, RK.

I just wish I could have seen him..I'm sure you'll be able to download segments of the show from some website. The fans are very good at capturing all the good stuff :)

I think it is so cool that Chris and Live performed on stage together in front of probably one of the biggest TV audiences ever. That was one of the best parts of the show :)

I LOVED Huey Lewis and the news. My fave was "I want a new drug" :) Ahh that was H&N in their prime! One of my favorites is a song I can't find anywhere, "Back In Time"--it's from the Back To The Future soundtrack, but it hasn't been included on any "best of" CD :-/

Tucker Carlson just said that Oprah has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. What?
Those Nobel Prizes are about as valuable as those rub-on tattoos you find in a box of Cracker Jacks.

I think so, too. More fun and laughs. And I think it's easier on the mods with the thread being over here, too.
