Prince is nearly 48 years old - DOB 6/7/58 I have to admit the guy looks great for his age. In fact he doesn't look like he's aged a day since Purple Rain.

We are getting a major thunderstorm overhead, so I'm going to log off.
Jonny, again, thank you so much for hosting this thread. I know how hard and sometimes frustrating it was for you. You're my Freeper Idol!!!

Next year will we start in chat or just go straight to the SBR? I don't know ... I've been thinking about that. It seems like we have more freedom in the SBR.

I stand corrected....it's been a while so I must have misread his statement. I thought it meant he knew beforehand. Thanks.

On my local news, I just saw an interview with Ryan Seacrest..and he said that the card that he has on stage is blank...
They used to have the name on them...but the contestants would try to read it..and, he said, since he is only 5'9"...they were always tall enough to see...so they leave it blank...LOL
Also, he said that for some reason that I missed, Prince almost didn't get there tonight...YIKES, that would have left a hole in the show, right? Timing wise I mean..for any of you that aren't Prince fans like I am.
I just wish I could have seen him..

Yesterday Taylor said he had voted for Elliott. They were roommates and I am sure they became good friends. Elliott said they'd be friends for life.

You don't have to be crowned the winner to truly come out winning!
90 days from today Chris can sign with who he wants !
I think it is so cool that Chris and Live performed on stage together in front of probably one of the biggest TV audiences ever.
To: BamaDi
you are so right - there should have been a Neil Diamond night - I've seen him in concert 22 times.....I LOVE NEIL DIAMOND...and one of my favorite movies is "The Jazz Singer".... You lucky gal! He is one of the few singers I would pay to see.

I have gotten a lot of flack over the years for being a Prince fan, but I don't care. I LOVE HIM! Always have, always will. If it makes you feel any better, CB, I'm an unapologetic fan of Huey Lewis & The News. LOL!--I really am. I've been a fan since high school. I used to own all of their albums on cassette tape and now I have most of them on CD. I've taken my share of flack too :)

I know. Taylor was just interviewed by FOX 6 and he really wanted to talk longer with the guy, he was thanking B'ham and all of Alabama for supporting him, and then one of the powers of AI grabbed his arm to make him go to one of the other stations. He looked annoyed! LOL
