WASHINGTON -- Hundreds of gay and lesbian parents hoping to take their families to the annual White House Easter Egg Roll plan to start lining up Friday evening to make sure they get tickets for the Monday event.
Thousands of tickets an estimated 16,000 last year are given away on a first-come-first-come basis beginning at 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
National Park Service officials said Wednesday that children of all ages may attend as long as there is at least one child 7 years old or younger, and no more than two adults per group.
First lady Laura Bush's office issued a statement saying all families are welcome to attend.

Okay. So it's not exploitation if you agree with the cause, and if you don't, it is. Got it.
To: Antoninus
So now the rainbow lei has to be banned because homosexuals want to coopt the pastels of the easter season.
In essence the child is being used to say "my daddy likes ^!%@$ up his #&& " and we are not supposed to think something is wrong with this?!

So you'd just rather tell someone they can't come to a government sponsored even because of their sexual orientation...just say it. So, we'll be passing out questionaires now? Have you now...or ever been...?
Look, stop trying to play the obfuscation game. These homo-promo cheerleaders are arriving en masse to sign up for a children's event and are planning to wear items of clothing which identify them specifically with a sex act that they enjoy. It's ludicrous that you are able to defend this.
Would you be OK if hundreds of smokers did the same thing wearing t-shirts reading "Smoke Cigarettes, not Sausage"? Or if crack dealers showed up with "Do the Right Kind of Crack" t-shirts?

If a homosexual adopts or foster parents a child, that is an accessory child. If a homosexual conceives via artificial conception, that is an accessory child. If a homosexual leaves a marriage in order to live with a same sex partner and brings a child from the previous marriage to the same sex partnership, that is an accessory child of the partner and cruelty to the child by both.
Any more pro-homosexual statements?

Do you actually know any homosexual people?

No, as I said, life is not relative. Most rational people can differentiate a positive, life-affirming cause from a negative, self-destructive, evil cause.
When you use your child to promote a despicable cause--like anal sex rights--that is grotesque exploitation.
I'm sorry you're too stuck in your gray area to understand.

Linda, promoting liberal social issues on FR, 24/7.
You see no difference between the promotion of homosexuality as normal and natural and the protest against the slaughter of the unborn.
To: teawithmisswilliams
Why can't this very small special interest group stay out of pushing their agenda (which most of us with children view as poison) at an innocent, traditional children's event? Just have 1 of the "mommies" or "daddies" bring their children. Let them keep their sex lives to themselves for once.
I have no problem with throwing people out if they try to espouse any kind of political agenda, gay or otherwise, at an event like this.
To: Antoninus
At the WH egg roll, if some women like to be spanked in the bedroom would it be ok if the hand their children wear a t-shirt with a big red hand? Just to show that women who are sexually aroused by spanking are mothers too.

I'm not going to say anything about my personal life on FR. Except this: I know more about the subject than you do, both through study and personal experience.

It must be all the pastels that inspire this.

Only liberals seek to deny people their rights because of what they "disagree" with.
Hey, why not. A civil right to bring your kid to a White House event event so you can expose others to your idiotic and vile political agenda. We've got a civil right to commit sodomy. Why not this, too?
I have no problem excluding people who try to co-opt an event to promote a sick agenda. It's done here on FR all the time.

No, I'm saying it's wrong for any cause to trot out children on display when it's something they don't, can't and shouldn't understand. In EACH case, they are being used as props.
To: Antoninus
What do you think they're going to do at the Easter Egg Hunt? Strip naked and have sex? Just what could they do that would be so very horrible that we would have to tell another American they can't have access to a government event? Kids see gay stuff every single day. Whether you like it or not, they're not going away.

Nobody is asking but the homosexuals are LOUDLY volunteering the information they they are sexually aroused by members of the same sex whether you want the information or not.
Despite your homosexual propaganda points, most people don't care about homosexuals doing anything in private. This is homosexuals hiding behind children to declare their sexual act in public.
Homosexuality is ONLY about recreational sex NOTHING else. All homoadvocate pronouncements or appearances in public are about sex NOTHING else.

You are not a serious poster.
Thanks for continuously bumping this thread, though, so that more people may become aware of the outrageous attempts of the homo-activists to invade children's events.

Most kids have a visceral disgust at the very idea of abortion. Most of the kids and young people who go to pro-life events go voluntarily--very willingly, in fact. They know abortion is wrong without anyone having to explain to them why.
On the other hand, kids must be properly groomed and coached to believe that the sodomite lifestyle is right and good. That's what activities like this are all about.
Incapacity to understand right and wrong is a clear symptom of liberalism.
