well, okay, i am really summarizing two different statements into one a) the "never has sex without a condom", and b) went to the beach and/or his house with the intention of having sex, therefore, knowing the mindset of in-heat teenagers who aren't predators, let alone one who is, he would have condoms at his apartment, or would have obtained them elsewhere on the way to CnC, if, in fact, as he has stated at different times, he went to all three locations that evening with the specific intention of having sex...

Sorry for the delay, I'm back.
There are a few rumors these last days that information about the investigation is being leaked to some local media and in one of those leaks the ALE has the information that some person related to this case has been given up to that amount of money in recent days. More details I can not say for certainty but will wait for any one who can search for that information.

I think you may be right. I'll be surprised if they find her there though. If I'm not mistaken, this 'tip' came in ack in mid-January, unless they have another one. It's now March 8th...now sincere search has been conducted based on this tip? (I don't count a bunch of gvt employees poking around the sand with sticks as a sincere search)
I would like to get more information from TES about why they discontinued their search of the quarry back around June 27th. Do you know if their is any way to find that out?

The word from Croes to the drinking teenagers on the beach had gotten to deepak quickly or instantly, and deepak got to joran before paulus called joran when Croes et al got to VDS house the first time.......deepak/joran realized they had a serious problem and took the scenic route home to discuss their story options....joran not waiting for paulus at the appointed place fits nicely with the delay factor.
