Also, her initial EKG would show signs of hypokalemia. That is very reproducible and a reliable sign of hypokalemia. It might help dispell the idea that she was initially hypokalemic or if this was spurious.
Because we are human after all and even though we have faith, it is not a sin to be afraid, especially since Terri was being murdered. Wouldn't you be afraid if you were being murdered?
Starve each other to death? Why not shoot your bed-ridden partner - much quicker and far more humane?

At least we aren't seeing any more posts that Michael beat her and broke her bones. But the other lies continue.
Lots of doctors said there was hope. At least you admit there was no living will and it was all whatever Michael wanted that you supported.And you do not seem to care at all that having her be alive would interfere with his new love life.... interesting position to have Peach.... Well, maybe you are correct, at least about SOME of them, particularly when it comes to the elderly.
As my great aunt said: People today are too self-indulgent and want the easy way out.
I find the lack of allowed witnesses to this autopsy to be the most telling about the results.

This is your second post mixing the two issues together. With all due respect, they were addressed separately.
The ME said that they looked at various allegations that had been made, one being the injected with insulin charge, and found no evidence to support it. That had nothing to do with what was found in her body at the autopsy. I, too, heard the "parents" reference and I thought he said the charge had been certain items had been found when Michael Schiavo had visited but the records showed her parents had been visiting at the timeframe in question. There was nothing found to support the charge of any unauthorized injections being given whatsoever.
What he was referring to not being found in her system at autopsy was morphine as some had alleged she was being euthanized by morphine. He said she was not on a drip and had two suppositories, the last on March 26 and no traces of morphine had been found in her body.
Are we now devining what this woman could not think.
Decide to do what? Let her die? Or actively kill her? Read Judge Greer's order and tell me what happened here. He did NOT order the removal of artificial life support. He ordered that all hydration and nutrition be ceased.
The court of jurisdiction did not knuckle under to grandstanding, I'll admit that. It was not a time period that showed our government at it's most rational.
I certainly don't think rational law would have come of it, and I am glad it did not. These kind of laws, if they need altering, need to be debated by cool-headed people following sound, rational processes. I learned from this episode that there is a certain type of idealogue I NEVER want to see achieve too much power in this country.

Much Howlin truth spoken above. Perhaps people identify with something in their own lives, death of parent, etc that is transfixed on Terri's situation. Any shrinks around?
IMO, Terri needed to go be with the Lord L O N G ago or perhaps she was and only her body was with us.
We need to care this passionately about the living, our military, our country.
He stated that PVS can not be proved or disproved by pathology alone. In other words it is still up for debate.
My information was in the Bradenton Herald if you'd care to do a search of their archives. They had a Terri Schiavo Day to celebrate her progress at Mediplex, Bradenton.
