This is news/activism. Terri Schindler Schiavo is still in the headlines. The death lobby shouldn't kid themselves. We are not going to forget...
LIVE THREAD of Terri Schiavo Autopsy Press Conference. It begins at 11:00 pm est from Clearwater, Florida at the Medical Examiner's Office right down the road from where Terri was starved & dehydrated to death.
The ME will have to address that hmmmmmmmm?
John Throgmartin, ME, here he goes. Dr. Steven Nelson joins him. HERE WE GO.
"That's silly. These decisions get made every day by families where there is no dispute among them. The courts don't involve themselves in it without invitation. The courts were involved here only because there was a dispute. Courts always should and will settle disputes between people."
So many being this naive about what's occurring and what's at stake is what truly concerns me.
Thou shalt not kill.
Good reason to kill someone-aint it.
Lives are complicated things. I certainly know good people who have found that especially when a spouse still lives but can't function for nearly fifteen years, people find they still need companionship in life. I would not tell my husband that he must stop living because I did. Those stresses only get worse as fifteen years go by.
But you didn't answer my question. Are we against activist courts or not? Can families make these calls or only the courts? Are the courts only activists if they disagree with you?
Interesting, my son has diabetes and we have purchased both over the counter for about 12 years now. Additionally I often buy entire boxes of syringes for vaccinating our goat herd.
You may live in a state where it is not allowed, but you should be careful in posting about things.
"Terri's parents requested that Cyril Wecht attend the autopsy as an observer. CYRIL WECHT WAS DENIED attendance at the autopsy. Why? Because they didn't want one of the best in the country watching them fudge the records to get the outcome the death lobby needs to continue to kill people."
WHITEWASH, as expected.
Pinellas County is being taken over by the Church of Scientology, for all intents and purposes. They already own huge chunks of Clearwater and they control the Clearwater Bar Association. It's not a stretch to believe that their reach extends to at least portions of the local government.
Anyone who wants to know the truth about what's going on down there, check what happened to the last Medical Examiner in Pinellas (her name was Joan Wood; the case that forced her removal involved a young woman who was killed by forced starvation and dehydration in the care of Scientologists. The young woman's name was Lisa McPherson).
And, oh yeah, George Greer was given an award for his persistence in the Terri Schindler case by Wally Pope, lead lawyer for the Church of Scientology. The award was given to Greer at the Flagship Hotel, Scientology headquarters and the site of Lisa McPherson's murder.
The question to ask is: why did Scientology feel the need to force the starvation and dehydration of a 36 year old woman (McPherson) who, by all accounts, had nothing more than a nervous breakdown? And what would the Church of Scientology's position be on how to care for someone like Terri Schindler?
The truth's out there for anyone who wants it. For anyone else who'd rather spend their day in an echo-chamber rallying around a young woman's murder under the bogus guise of "personal freedom"... as you were.
"And I guess she wasn't actually following that balloon with her eyes (without wearing her life-long glasses,) as alleged by that video."
If I heard the report correctly this morning, we have learned that Terri was blind.
Try not to continue to make yourself look like such a complete A$$.
But I'm beginning to see how it is that you think you're right about everything; you just twist the words to suit your "feelings."
And everything else is just NOISE.
People with like minds can have differing life experiences that affect the way they view this situation. I don't think it's hatefull, just differing opinions.
That is correct and is in fact the precise reason the infamous WPPFF thread was started; to discuss in a rational manner without being subjected to hysterics and unwarranted namecalling.
Instead, to this day the thread is constantly mischaracterized as "pro-death", "anti-Terri", etc.
Sorry, but this has brought out the worst in FR. An intolerance for facts and a propensity for baseless attack on others.
Does move on with your life mean "go ahead and dispose of your inconvenient wife?"
Gosh, why do I feel like you'd like me to get some "tablets" and etch your words in stone.
Get over yourself.
lawdy! I don't agree w/President Bush on every single issue!
But I voted for him twice!
So tell me - would it be possible for this autopsy report to say that Terri was not hopeless? Would it be possible for Pinnelas county coroner to say that Greer made a mistake. The answer is NO. Anyone who professes common sense and does not see the impossibility of reporting anything but what would support Greer is not working with a full deck.
Doesn't mean they were telling the truth just because you keep quoting them.
You heard right. She was blind.
