I do not believe that her husband was telling the truth about her living will and I believe he impeached himself in court and should not have been allowed to continue as her guardian.
For me it is an issue of judge Greer over ridding the wishes of the people and our reps-in denying all investigation into the matter of the living will.
It doesn't matter if she had no brain- this was a very unjust case.
If it's easier for you to find an evil villian instead of accepting that sometimes crap happens and it's nobody's fault, then what can I say. To accuse a man of abuse with no evidence is one of the worst things anyone can do. God forbid it ever happens to you.

Some choices are out of the realm of "personal". Some choices should never be allowed to be made.
Human life should be respected from conception until natural death. I do not believe that any choice should override the individual's RIGHT to LIFE.
BTW: and honest assessment of her "husband's" behavhior and conduct would hardly qualify him as "loving."
Yeah, very loving to say "Isn't the B**tch dead yet?" To have two kids with someone else? To deny her parents the ability to care for her? To deny rehabilitative care?

Terri died of "marked dehydration." She didn't starve to death." Why did she get so skinny then after they started killing her?

God desides when life ends! If a person is brain dead they are deas,if they are brain damaged, they are still alive, and should not be able to choose not to live.

Point is that folks who said "there is no "there, there" vis a vis terry, because her "brain was filled with spinal fluid" were wrong. The EEG showed no activity because the brain shrunk away from the skull.
A PET or MRI would have showed that she had a cortex, and that it would have (most likely) responded to stimuli.
We know two things:
1. The real reason WHY the husband would not allow a PET or MRI
2. We allowed an innocent human being to be starved to death.
I will pray for the judge tonight, and all of the people who supported straving this poor woman to death. That is all I can do now.

Yes, there are people here who think we should just "release his soul" because he's inconvenient. They justify it wiht "quality of life" arguments, but it's basically for their convenience -- to "upgrade" humanity.
I believe this is known as eugenics.
Early on, she lived with all three of them for about a month, maybe less; they had to take her back to the hospital because they could not care for her.
