We have to get back to the place we were,
where liberals are not the focus of our lives,
but they're a nuisance.
In a related story P&G files to change it's corporate name to S&M.
Liberalism is a degenerate disease of the mind.
Just a question, how long does one have to practice before he/she becomes good at it?
"Liberalism is a degenerate disease of the mind."
You sure have that one right.
So hoiw exactly does P&G differ fcrom say Ford Motor Co., which requires its employees to earn "diversity points" by doing such things as participating in "gay pride day" parades and "other activities"??
Those of us with sheep as partners are NOT made to feel welcome !
it's sarcasm, dangit!
Just another good reason to boycott Ford.

It's getting to the point where I have to make a list and keep it on the refrigerator to keep track of all the companies I need to boycott.
I have no prblem with Ford, as they are not my favorite vehicle company. I will be much more careful in my shopping to see if I am purchasing P & G items. Thanks for the heads up.
It part of a plan to reduce the pension liabilities and lower health care costs. Gay people don't have children who need healthcare, and people with AIDS don't live long enough to draw a pension. It's a win win.
P&G is going to be hard to boycott because they produce so much! But, I think it's worth a try.
I went to both the Out & Equal and Gaywork sites, and found nothing on either that meets the description in this post. The only reference to Proctor and Gamble on the Gaywork site was a company profile. I found nothing on the Out & Equal site.
We can't just accept the word of a website on these issues. There has to be something to back it up, and I could not find anything to back this post up.
Sorry, but there have been so many bogus stories out about this company that it's worth checking closely on stories like this one.
Until there's some evidence I can see, I don't trust this.
I thought P&G was into satanism. Sometimes I think these rumors are started by Colgate-Palmolive.
Sickness.
"I thought P&G was into satanism. Sometimes I think these rumors are started by Colgate-Palmolive."
That false story was spread around the net in emails, too. That's what makes me suspicious about this story. It could be true, of course. But I did fact-checking on it and could find nothing to support the two main facts in the story, that P&G was conducting some sort of recruiting drive on GAYWORK.COM, or that it was a major sponsor of the other site.
This may well be another bogus story. I hope we can find out and, if it is bogus, stop spreading rumors.
Free Republic had better be careful on this, and whoever started this thread had better be careful. P & G sued over the lies about them being involved in Satanism..., and WON.
We need to verify that the website actually contains this info.
Ya got a link for this story? No? Then how can you expect FReepers to have any confidence in it? NEED A LINK!
This is a bunch of bunk. Shame.
The constant attempts to trash an American corporation over any number of stupid claims is ridiculous and affects our economy.
Many people - me included - are stockholders of this company.
Just why would a huge worldwide corporation set about a program to recruit gays? They should be about recruiting all good employees no matter the race, sex preference, gender. The whole world does not revolve around someone's sex activities.
I don't believe this for a minute. They are in the business of selling soap and other products worldwide. They are attempting to make their company successful.
Somebody here has a vendetta against P&G, somebody here needs to get over the hatemongering. Remember, there are many retirement funds invested in this stock because it is a fabulous stock.
Not many corporations operate so effectively that a laborer for their company after investing for all their years at P&G retires with stock that makes him a millionaire. That has happened often at P&G.
