Boycott of P&G has been targeted many times on FR for one reason or another. Yet - where are the targets of all the other corporations?
The problem is with "employee actions" - not the corporation of P&G. There are employees in all the other corporations that are activists in one thing or another too. Yet - no boycott of their employers.
Something is fishy here. There is a predisposed prejudice against P&G. I disagree with it.
Or, if corporate P&G is at fault - there are others doing the same thing. Why no boycott of them?
There have been/are boycotts of plenty of other leftist/homo-promoting businesses and corporations - lots of people boycott Disney and ATT, just to name a couple.

Even if my not buying something made by Disney or using ATT long distance or P&G doens't do any harm to those companies or cause them to change their homo-promotion, at least I know my few dollars aren't helping promote homosexuality or similar leftist crap.
It's honor - there are more important considerations than personal convenience, wealth, and so on. It's important to do the right thing whether my small effort is noticeable or not. It's important to do the right thing even if unpopular or misunderstood by others. It's important to do the right thing even if not currently fashionable, or favored by the elites of society. It's important to do the right thing because God knows everyone's heart and everyone's actions. The results of actions done to serve Him are eternal, and ultimately will have the best results for humankind.
Look at the founders of this country - they sacrificed, many of them, their comforts, their wealth, and their safety. If caught by the British or if their cause had lost, many would have been hanged.
If the leftist social agenda prevails, all conservatives will curse ourselves that we didn't do more.
You apparently are not reading all of my posts. I specifically, in at least two posts, mentioned that a P&G employee, Gary Wright's organization, Citizens to Restore Fairness, had received a $10,000 grant from P&G. So what? Now you're telling me that corporations aren't even responsible or to be held accountable for grants they give out?
Gary Wright didn't write that check to Citizens to Restore Fairness. P&G did.

If grants are given, there are rules in place for them. If you disagree - why not contact the public relations department of P&G and ask specifically what their policy is, voice your concerns and mention that you have seen discussions where certain views are being presented about P&G.
I said over and over - P&G seems to be the only corp. that appears on these slur threads - almost like someone has a specific agenda against P&G. First Satanism, then gay problems, what next - sabotage?
Ever given any thought that in many corporations (but not all or even close to all), these are one in the same? In other words, ever thought out the evidences that a number of corporations have intentionally pursued the corporate philosophical foundation of diversity and political correctness?
To a small degree, perhaps most companies have at least eaten at this trough. But there's a significant difference between companies that have taken a swig of p.c.ness vs. companies that are wholly devoted and intentionally, consistently unholy through and through.
And that is where comments made by some on this thread along the lines of "Well why don't we just boycott all corporations then?" are off-line.
I have parused screening profiles of companies involved in the "vice" industries and/or promoting homosexuality. As of several years ago, the number of companies that were consistent and intentional in promoting these kind of philosophies numbered about 7% of all publicly traded companies.
That is not overwhelming. So stop defending the 7% just because it hurts your personal profitline. Nobody's tarring all of Corporate America. We reap what we sow. And if we want to reap profits on the back of unholy agenda companies, then we need to also take in what they sow.
You raise a good question here. P&G is not the only culprit. Life Decisions International puts out info on which companies fund Planned Parenthood. The Capital Research Center notes which companies fund liberal causes. Other companies, including the health insurance industry, are linked to the abortion industry in ways other than funding it.
Some companies are closely aligned to the pornography and gambling industries. And the homosexual community is very open in its research of which companies promote their causes.

You have to pick and choose your battles. Boycotts work, if you dont think so then look at how the liberals have used them to their advantage. You vote every time you buy a product. Are their other companies that could be boycotted, yes. But I would like to start with those that are easy to boycott like P&G and then we can move on to the ones that are harder to boycott like Ford etc. In todays world with all of the choices its very easy to choose a competitors product - in almost every case they are comparable. But anti-porn crusaders only have child porn to run to as a base for thier argukents. They know porn has been around, in some form, forever, and iot really hurts them that someone might enjoy it.
When you can discuss consensual adult sex without bringing in child porn, maybe then I'll listen to you. Otherwise, you are just blowing smoke and using the old straw man.

I understand Costa Rica is gorgeous. One of my former professors spent a year there doing some post graduate work. She said it's incredibly beautiful.

Why focus on who one does NOT want to do business with? Rather, focus on companies who we DO want to do business with.
With the proliferation of shopping on the Internet, and the continued decrease in the cost of shipping, and I should add, the increasing polarization of America, one could setup a web site of only American friendly companies who support Conservative values. Or at the least, are not actively trying to subvert them.
People are increasingly buying all that they need on the Internet anyway, why not add the benefit of knowing that, with every penny they spend, they are supporting companies who support American values.
One can also get a better deal on the Internet and save all the hassle. Why pay more for the time and hassle to do business with companies who are our idealogical enemies? The web site could be a "One Stop Shop" for consumables. All one would have to go to the local store for is perishables. The web site would be in essence, a virtual super grocery store. We could call it http://www.TheConservativeShopper.com. (all rights reserved)
I met with a guy many years ago who shared with me a similar business model. But that was before the popularity of Internet, so the concept did not go anywhere.
All it would need to get started is an Internet Consultant/Developer (that's me) and a Professional Buyer. And a little bit of capital. Pocket change really. The overhead is practically zip. It would take a while to get up to speed, but it would ride the crest of the Internet buying wave. It's probably a 10 year proposition before taking any profits. And we would probably never get rich, but it would be lots of fun. It just so happens that I'm not busy for the next 10 years and don't need an income from it.
Wouldn't it be fun to put some teeth into Conservative American buying power? Is anyone a Professional Buyer who could work on the business model with me? The Supply Chain component needs work.
