Wasn't there considerable discussion months ago here on TM regarding posts on some of the jihadiwannabee boards about underground tunnel systems and caves?
There had been talk about lost maps of tunnel systems below major cities as well as the known ones, and also of cavern systems out in the southwest and other parts of the country.
I have no idea where to look for those posts but these underground explosions might be connected.

I have no doubt that one of these would leak it for free if they thought somebody needed to know to keep the Constitution in force; their own orders be damned. When you hire and train free thinkers who live outside the box and train them in Special Ops, that's what you get.

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - A militant group said Wednesday it had taken two Kenyans, three Indians and an Egyptian hostage and would behead them if their countries did not announce their readiness to withdraw their troops from Iraq immediately.

None of those countries are part of the 160,000-member U.S.-led coalition force in the country.
