I agree with you about the third party thing. I just think we could get some of those people back if we would just listen to them, and if we agree hel to try and make some changes with them.

Heck I was one of them..for awhile. Some need to blow off steam, but I do think the number of people upset is much larger than have been led to beleive.

It is scary to me, the numbers I hear on very very Conservative sites and sources. Of course some where in between is the real number.

I just think we could get some of those people back....

I guess I just don't understand the logic of wanting to get people back who to my observation have done nothing but attempt to disrupt things here, and/or insult the FR base.

This is an election year and our objective is to see that W gets reelected. Therefore, regardless of how important single issues may be in the overall scheme of things, at the moment, those issues become petty if the debate of those issues detracts from our objective.

W and the increasing Republican strength in the House and Senate are furthering the conservative cause. We need to see that that keeps happening. We need to continue to work on the big picture, and eventually, everything else will work out. (This country didn't become so socialist-leaning overnight; therefore, it's unrealistic to think that any candidate can wave a magic wand and instantly presto-chango things back to an ideal conservative world -- especially when there are differences between conservatives about what that ideal conservative world should be. And now isn't the time to be focusing on those differences.)

I personally find the values of the current adminstration refreshing. I trust my president. And, I'm thankful I have someone in that office whom I can trust!
