He is a showman with a conservative bent, but a showman nonentheless.

As a Christian (as you state on your homepage), do you feel comfortable supporting Michael Savage?

Hey, I'll just leave the country again. This time I won't return. And I will watch this disaster unfold from another location.

And although it will be sad, I will have the smug satisfaction of knowing your vote is being cancelled out by a Bustmante clone voter.

Enjoy your barrios.

You know, soldier, you just keep throwing stuff out there, hoping that some of it sticks. There's no evidence that Christians are going to bolt, certainly not over the immigration issue. Many denominations favor some sort of worker program.

First of all, if you knew anything, you would not that a Marine is NOT a soldier. Second of all, I know many Christians who are bolting - do you think I am the only one? Christians, of all people, like moral principles - biblical principles. Bush has violated many of these while in office. Need a list? He supported racial quotas in Michigan (SCOTUS' unconstitutional decision), praised a gay church (Metropolitan Church), said christians and muslims worship the same God (a lie), said Islam is peace (a lie), refuses to identify the terrorists as Islamic terrorists, he is a globalist in his philosophy, he is a socialist in his domestic welfare policies (which militates against the biblical ideal of personal responsibility and each man working for his own living, his education policies are not much different than a democrat's, he signed that unconstitutional McCain-Feingold bill (Bush hasn't seen a bill he doesn't like yet!), he does not honor the Constitutional MANDATE to protect the United States from all foreign INVADERS, and therefore, he is violating his oath. On top of that, he says nothing when the Courts continually trample on the Free Exercise rights of Christians! What is he good for besides the war on terror? Huh? Tell me.

It does not make any sense that the Mexicans take jobs that American workers do not want to do. The crop picking trade 1)is not the only thing that the illegals do 2)the importation of IT people from India, and the exportation of customer service jobs to India is a good illustration of a heartless government that is not concerned about its own citizen employment.

90% of the housing framer carpenters, sheet rock hangers, landscapers,...are all illegal immigrants that are stealing jobs away from our own underclass, and thus pushing our own poor workers into deeper poverty.

No. And Bush has not violated his "oath to the Constitution." No matter how much you stamp your feet and say he has.

Really? Then could you reconcile the clause in the Constitution that MANDATES that the federal govt protect us from foreign invasions and Bush's lack of border enforcement? Please try...

Not to mention that we are doing that for our own good - because the public wants cheaper car parts!

"Savage is hardly alone in his strong feelings of opposition to Bush's proposal to offer legal status to illegal immigrants. A new ABC News poll finds 52 percent of the nation opposes an amnesty program for illegal immigrants from Mexico, while 57 percent oppose one for illegal immigrants from other countries. Both results are roughly the same as when the administration floated the idea two-and-a-half years ago."

A FReeper's Guide To Immigration Reform

"What remains to be seen is if this country has the capacity to accommodate, and assimilate, an unending wave of mass immigration ¯ because failure to do so will result in a balkanized, fragmented, strife-torn and dysfunctional America."

According to O'Reilly (who is very reputable might I add)

Is he? Everybody else around here thinks he's a blowhard.

I saw Bush's re-elect number at 48, which is pretty respectable.

If the plan doesn't get voted on, or gets voted down, will you still pout like a schoolboy and not voted for Bush?

Or will you, as I suspect, find some other reason to vote against him?

Apparently Congress didn't pass it, or your state's not giving it to you.

It's just an example I'm citing of a bad government idea that got nowhere. I'm hoping this immigration idea of his has the same results.

You need government help to find a job?

Ha Ha no. I'm perfectly fine with the job I have and certainly capable of writing my own resume. If there was anything I would agree with in the way of giving "free money" for people who get jobs, it would be a progressive tax break for those who can keep a job.

"Bush has violated his oath to the U.S. Consitution."

I agree totally - and it didn't start with this Amnesty fiasco. Signing the CFR bill was a cowardly way out. Instead of upholding his oath of office he passsed the buck. I have no use for Bush and will never vote for him again. I don't trust him.

Being a former Marine myself I have to say you are correct.

To defend out shores from enemies foreign and domestic is what I believe it says.

He said it could help illegal immigrants "leave the shadows and have an identity."

Memo to Jr.: they have an identity. Criminal. Help them "leave the shadows", and begin deportation.

Then you should move to another country.

When you help get a Democrat elected, your beloved ultra libertarian ideals will be permanently silenced.
